    • Nice alternative to much more expensive jigs
The package arrived in good condition from Amazon (although they threw it onto the front porch in lieu of key delivery, claiming they “handed it to the recipient… clever since I wasn’t home and the doorbell recorded them tossing it onto the porch). Anyway, I digress. The jig is very sturdy and made of thick aluminum stock. The components fit well together and tighten down easily. This extended version reaches far enough to work with my Sawstop 3hp PCS. The other version did not extend far enough. The jig is supposed to ride in and secure to your miter slot. The components fit nice and tight. One problem is that one of the parts that fit into the miter slot was upside down. I had to work very hard to remove the threaded rod to reverse the part. The problem was that it was secured using red (permanent) Loctite thread locker liquid. I destroyed more than one Allen wrench trying to remove the threaded rod. Once I reversed the part, it worked very well. I realize this jig was manufactured in China, but I surely expected it to receive SOME level of QC before packaging and shipping. Because of this frustrating issue, I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. It will work well and was reasonably priced in comparison to other thin rip jigs. ... show more

A I love this. It works great. I use it to create my own edge bindings for plywood. It’s super consistent. I should have gotten it long time ago.

    • The slide pin doesn’t fit
The product is good although the slider piece doesn’t fit in either of my table saw’s not sure what to do about it. Maybe fabricate a new one or return the product. It’s bummer

    • Easy to calibrate, easy to use, fits my small Home Depot table saw.
I'm a hobby guy. I use a lot of small stock I can't just up and buy. I love buying large pieces of stock and ripping it down to the side I need. For most others, though, I think this could be one of those slick little jigs you wondered how you lived without!!!
