I am very pleased with this ball. I got the larger, 9 inch size, as I wasn’t sure the 6 inch would be big enough. It does not come with a pump, but the straw method to inflate it was simple and did not require any exertion at all. Just a couple of quick breaths and it was inflated; easier than blowing up a new balloon. You can t the hardness of the ball by how much you blow it up as well. The surface is textured, so it is easy to grip and keep hold of when using. All in all, I would recommend this ball to anyone who wants a 9 inch ball. Whether for exercise or just for your child or pup to have a play toy (probably wouldn’t hold up to dogs that destroy toys too long though!). ... show more

Nice, manageable size. I fully inflate, then back off a bit, because it’s recommended to be somewhat squishy. Includes a pamphlet with a few exercises and two sets of straws with plugs. It’s sticky for the first week or so.

This Pilates exercise ball is just the right size! It helps me focus on my abs while providing great support for my back. I’m sure there are plenty of other exercises it can assist with, but so far, I really love how it enhances my workouts!

Nice small yoga/excessive ball for the price. Inflates easily and the rubber material is soft and pliable. Works well for isolating-type exercises. Bounces well too, if that’s what you need it for. Great for elderly people that want to throw a ball back and forth for exercise… if thrown, and accidentaly missed, it will not hurt anyone. It’s very light. ... show more

This was very difficult to inflate and we could not inflate it as much as we wanted. Also, the size/diameter is very large - abt twice what I am used to. The size and underflation makes it very difficult to use. I’d recommend trying a different product
