I use mine more for Physical Therapy than Pilates but it's great for stability exercises. The texture is a little weird/sticky but I think it will wear off eventually. Either way... it's a great size and fun color and reasonably priced.

The 9” blue ball is great for rehab on my shoulder and working out in general and warm ups. As I’m in my mid 70’s, so I ordered another ball black 9” same company completely different in size I’m not able to hold it in one hand very disappointed.
