Years back, a visiting nurse gave my husband this to use for serious medical purposes. He got better and I forgot about it until recently. I've had skin problems from critical anemia, and although I'm much better now, the problems persist enough to be uncomfortable. Well, I noticed an old bottle of this among my guy's toiletries and, getting desperate, decided to buy a new bottle and give it a try. I'm so impressed! It actually made a difference in 24-36 hours. And a little over a week later, everything is FINALLY healing. I just ordered another bottle, just to make sure I don't run out. Great stuff to keep in a medicine cabinet. I advise getting sterile swabs to use with it if you have any kind of open wound. I also hope it helps others as quickly as it's helping me. I've no idea if that is normal for this product. I just know it does work well, and I'm thrilled to see great results after trying other products that were good, but that didn't completely solve the problem and effectively heal. No safety seal. But assume okay directly from Amazon. It is a clear gel that donates moisture to wound and then skins over to keep moisture.

As skin ages it gets fragile. I get abrasions easily and am allergic to adhesives. I use this to help speed up healing and minimize scarring.
