    • THESE Xeroform Dressing 5X9 Sterile 50Ea/Bx, ARE MIRACULOUS!!!
These treated gauze dressings are miraculous. They heal blister wounds sometimes in 2 days, and are great for road rash wounds and similar wounds as well. Clean the wound area appropriately and carefully removing any dead or dying tissue. I open the foil packs and put the yellow gauze right against the wound, the pain is relieved almost immediately. I then cover the gauze with MED PRIDE Sterile Krinkle Gauze Bandage Rolls. Then if necessary I do a final wrap with Premium Elastic Bandage Wrap - 4”. All of these are available on Amazon. I found out about these from a local Wound Care Center. IN ALL CASES consulting a Physician is a must. ... show more

    • Very helpful for scrapes and skin tears.
I often get skinned on my hands or arms when working on projects. Xeroform is best applied directly over the wound. Then a nonstick gauze and tape over the Xeroform dressing. I have found that in promotes healing of scrapes and the type of superficial skin tears and leave flaps of skin. Of course, you should cut a piece of Xeroform that will cover the wound and not much else. The amount of dressing supplied in the package is generous. ... show more
