We thought that the 11kw was too weak and for the size of our domed pool at 10,390 gallons it burned out because it was being run too hard (3 fall months to keep pool at 80 degrees) so I upgraded and this unit. At first it never even powered on. Rewired and got it running. Lasted two weeks past the return date. Now not heating. Full power and it shows all is well but element does not produce heat. Doesn't matter which you buy or supplier, they all seem to be China built at one factory (we have had 5 total, one from Ebay, at various kw). None have lasted longer than a few months. Unless you keep an eye on when the last day is to return and do it, you will only have a stumbling trip hazard by your pool.
