I’ve gotten to use this twice so far and I am already obsessed! It is a great tool to elevate my home workouts. I’ve used it with my dumbbells and with my kettlebells and it is comfortable and very high quality. The highest weight I’ve used it with is 25lbs on either side and it felt very secure. I have tried it for hip thrusts and have also used it over my shoulders for weighted squats and lunges. Everything has worked great! I am so happy with this product. I have looked at several others that are similar but more expensive and I am so glad I went with this one.

The quality is great. It can hold a lot of weight, I used my 35lb dumbbell's and it feels like this belt could handle a lot more weight. On top of that its very comfortable across my hips, the dumbbell's can feels a but odd hanging on your side but I'm usually able to find a comfortable spot for them. This is definitely a great alternative/ addition to the barbell. Especially for my home workouts and when I'm travelling a lot of hotels gyms only have dumbbell's, so this will perfect. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend!

I love doing hip thrust at the gym with a barbell but this is a perfect substitute when the gyms busy or if I’m working out at home. I've been using this for a week now and I'm obsessed! The Velcro is super strong, and the extra clip is a lifesaver, it keeps everything secure so my weights don't slip off. Comfort wise it fits my hips perfectly. I use 35lb dumbbells with no issues, but if you're planning to go heavy, you might want to add a bit of extra padding underneath (I just use my t-shirt). And honestly, the price is amazing for the quality. It's just as good as Bellabooty but way more affordable. Highly recommend this belt, you won’t be disappointed.

This apparatus is got too many design flaws to try to explain. It does not hold dumbbells of any weight I tested it starting with three pounds. It does not work and hold any weight for hip thrust, and don't try to stand and use it for squats- as a belt holding weight around your waist because it does not work with dumbbells or kettlebells. I try to secure a dumbbell on it as I was squatting and the DB dropped out and almost landed on my toe. This is JUNK. So do yourself a favor, buy a nice strong leather belt and loop the belt around the DB's for hip thrust and then get a kettlebell and put the belt on and loop it through the kettlebell handle and do squats, and save yourself the trouble of loosing your money. JUNK !!!

oh, you can try, but those dumbbells will flip around. if you have adjustable ones (like I do?) this isn't great. it's awkward and the way the weights press up against your sides is actually painful - I have bruises :( the padding is sufficient, and the velcro is sturdy. it's the straps that kind of let you down. I think these would be best with weight plates - you know so you can threat the strap through the holes in the middle? or maybe kettlebells.

Makes every workout intense. I love my belt. Im a man and I use this for hip thrusts. My butt is literally popping afterwards. You won't be disappointed. Strap on your favorite dumbells and find the edge of a weight bench or even your couch! My set up is I strap two 20 pound dumbells in the straps along with me holding a 35lb kettle, 45lbs resistance band and blood flow restriction bands up against my couch. Try that out with weight that works for you and feel the burn ;) You'll thank me later. Overall, I love the product and it does what I need it to do!!

Got my Fitbelt today and incorporated it into my workout. I really loved this product! So easy to use. I was able to go right into my hip thrusts without the extra setup time I usually go through with a weightlifting bar. Used it at home today but will also use at the gym for days I’m in a rush or I simply can’t find a space to setup because of the crowd! Now no excuses! Great belt that is very comfortable and durable. Very pleased with my purchase!
