The media could not be loaded. In a Covid ravaged world... a world where no gyms are open or safe, where no dumbbells exist anywhere, we turn to resistance bands! They are affordable, and provide the next best thing to the alternatives right now. I personally use these exclusively for shoulder workouts. I can do a more effective workout for the other muscle groups using my body weight, or other found objects. For that purpose, this is the best we can do. When we return to normal I won’t be using these bands much, but they will be nice to have on a lazy day. Specifics about this product- Positive - - I like that the bands can clip on or off to the handle to add or subtract weight on the fly. On the should press I put almost every band on there, but for smaller movements I sometimes just use one light band. - I like that it comes with a door attachment. - They seem like a high quality band. Time will tell, but so far so good. Bad - - the little attachment that is meant for things like “kick backs” and other leg moves, doesn’t actually stay on. The Velcro rips right off. It is a useless add on because of that - The bag that these came in could be a little bigger.

I use these bands 4 times per week for a total body workout. Legs, shoulders, arms, back, neck and abs - they all get it and the burn is real. The exercise instruction sheet is really lame but there are plenty of instructional videos on YouTube for all kids of exercises with resistance bands. Just a couple of notes about a couple of REALLY misleading video reviews on this site. One guy claims the ankle straps don't work. Duh. Attach them correctly and they work just fine. Another guy lifts weight plates with the bands and then claims they are overrated as to their resistance strength. Duh. You must have skipped the day when you were a junior in high school and progressive resistance was discussed in physics class. These bands are a great value and work exactly as they are supposed to.

Bought this set in hopes that I could have more variation in my home workouts. I have two 30 and 50 lbs. bands that I bought awhile ago and wanted something with more tension to progress my workouts. Everything seemed fine at first, until I put them to use. The tension on the bands is NOWHERE near what's listed. I tried my 50 lbs. and their 50 lbs. bands side by side and the one I bought prior had much more tension without being stretched far. In order to achieve a similar tension, these bands would need to be stretched to three or four times their original length. The same rang true for every other band in this set, woefully stretchy and nowhere close to the tension advertised. Additionally, the materials are flimsy and cheap-feeling. While nothing came damaged, it felt like any rigorous use would break the gear (aside from the aluminum carabiners, which all seemed weirdly decent quality). The bands themselves, as stated before, were far too stretchy and felt very thin, with the straps themselves feeling thin as well. The handles were cheap and uncomfortable. If I can list a positive, it would be that these arrived blazingly fast, two days after I ordered them with standard, no-Prime shipping in the middle of a pandemic that has post offices back up to their eyes. So kudos. I guess I'm not sure what I was expecting for the price, but it was definitely better than this. Buy a set at your local store if you can find them, just don't buy these. You'll waste your money

The quality of the exercise bands seem to be good. My issue is with what the company calls an "Instruction Booklet". The booklet measures approximately 4.75" X 2". It is ridiculously small and useless. I can't figure out how to perform a lot of the exercises based on the tiny tiny pictures in this tiny tiny booklet! NOT EVEN WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS! Seriously, why couldn't the company charge a couple more dollars and include a POSTER with a better description of all the different exercises. What they do include is laughable! Anyway I spent the extra money and ordered a nice 18" X 27" poster with a nice layout (easy to see, read and copy the exercises). Renoj Brand - you can do better!

The media could not be loaded. I didn't expect much at this price point. But, these things are practically worthless. The weight specifications are false advertising, to start. I can understand them being a little less than what it says. However, they aren't even remotely close. The strongest band claims to be 50 lbs. I tested it in the video and it is barely 10 lbs. Which, means the rest of the bands are basically nothing. The attachments are ok, even if they're rendered useless because the bands are practically useless. Except the ankle straps. The velcro is so weak that it will not hold. Bottom line, they are a waste of money. If you need exercise bands I would highly recommend finding something else that actually works.

These are resistance bands, so I'm sure that anyone who is searching for them knows how to use them. I have had them for almost two weeks, and have used them 3 times so far. I typically use dumbbells and/or do pullups 4-5 times per week, but I mixed these bands into my routine. They allow me to perform exercises that are not possible with my dumbbells, and I can do it to fatigue on some of them. The set is color-coded for the different weights (but I wish the weight markings on each band was more prominent), and it also comes with ankle straps and a door attachment. I haven't used the ankle straps, but the door attachment works well. I also like the foam handles. I had an older set with hard plastic handles that were not as comfortable. Recommended.
