Awesome chair (Except one problem)
Color: Brown
Style: With Footrest
The chair looks very cool and has a very nice feel to it. It reclines well and is very comfortable to sit for long periods of times. It took one person about 30 min to build but it is simple to build as they provided an installation video with the exact model. The only problem I have is that one of the wheel did not go in properly and upon checking I noticed the hole for the wheel insert was a little smaller than the others. I used a rubber hammer and it only went in half way. Apart from that problem this chair is very good looking and comfortable. Surprisingly the leg rest is also very comfortable and sturdy(for tall people), as the other ones were not as good as this comfortable.

Ultimate Comfort and Support with this Exceptional Executive Chair!
After spending countless hours in various office chairs, I finally found the ideal match for both comfort and support in this executive chair. I must emphasize how impressed I am with its height-adjustable headrest. It's a game-charger, providing just the right amount of neck support, which can be customized to my unique needs. Fully focused work sessions or those moments of relaxation are now equally comfortable thanks to this feature. The retractable padded footrest is another stand-out aspect of this chair. It’s such a relief to easily pull it out and give my legs a break from prolonged sitting. Goodbye to the discomfort of swollen feet after a long day! Moreover, the upgraded sponge seat cushion with 20 independent springs is noteworthy, it supports long hours of work without the usual fatigue. The ergonomic design deserves a special mention. The backrest fits the contours of my body perfectly, offering support to both the upper and lower back, which is crucial for those extended work hours. I can now effortlessly shift my posture to maintain optimal productivity all day with this chair. I'm particularly fond of the waterfall-shaped cushioned armrests. Not only do they look elegant, but they also provide a comfortable resting position for my arms, protecting my elbows from the discomfort of hard surfaces, which adds to the overall comfort this chair provides. On top of all these benefits, the chair is multifunctional and a breeze to install. The adjustable backrest, which can be locked at angles ranging from 90 to 135 degrees, perfectly caters to different postures I need throughout the day. The assembly process was straightforward, with all necessary parts, hardware, tools, and clear instructions included. I appreciated the additional installation video provided; it helped me get the chair set up in less than 25 minutes. And for any issues or questions, the customer support team is readily available and responsive. This definitely adds to the confidence in my purchase. In conclusion, if you are on the hunt for an office chair that marries unparalleled comfort with ergonomic support, look no further. This executive chair is a solid investment for anyone who values comfort and productivity in their workspace. Five stars all the way!

NOT FOR BIG AND TALL
Color: Black
Style: With Footrest
The title line for this chair is deceiving. It's not for big and tall people like myself. I'm 6'1", 280, and this chair is too skinny width-wise for me. The arm rests are too close and my belly rubs them. I had a very nice wide "big and tall" chair that I gave to my wife and kind of wish I could get it again. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. That being said, the seat cushion is well padded and I like the ability to lie back with the footrest when I just need a quick break from work. The seat cushion is also deep enough that I can sit in my favored position where I tuck one leg under the other. Only had the chair a few days, but it does feel sturdy and rolls well on my office mat. Moral of the story - If you're big and tall like me, there's better fitting chairs out there. If you were, like me, suckered into buying it during prime days by the headline stating it's big and tall, then perhaps you can live with it for a few years?

I’ve been using this chair for some time now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how comfortable I feel throughout the day. The leather is smooth and high-quality, and the lumbar support keeps my posture in check. The headrest adjusts easily, and the flip-up arms are super practical for saving space. It’s a well-built, ergonomic chair that stays comfy even during long hours at the desk.
