As someone who likes to sit in app sorts of shapes and positions, this chair is really nice. There is a good amount of cushioning so that I'm able to lean and position myself awkwardly without too much pain. The foot rest is amazing for me because it allows me to sit cross legged. I need neck support while sitting and this chair seemed to be the one, but i end up looking up at the ceiling while resting my neck back on this chair. Otherwise, it's easy to assemble and super comfortbale. Sadly, the neck support only comes when laying down in it. Plus, the neck rest is super hard to adjust.
