With the summertime and it being hot this and a sheet is what I use to keep warm and not over heat. During the winter I put a comforter on top and we stay warm. There’s no fighting over the blanket bc it’s huge! This is my second time buying!

I wanted a summer blanket that breaths more so I don’t get so hot. This has a lot of small openings in the fabric for heat to pass through. It’s soft, comfortable, and light. The one downside is it sheds a bit. The fabric, at least when it’s new, tends to shed kinda like a cats fur. It’s improved significantly over time without going bald, but it’s something to be aware of. Makes a small mess when it’s new. My sleeping has improved with this blanket. I’m the type I need to be covered by a blanket and my bedroom AC leaves something to be desired. So having a blanket that doesn’t cook me in my sleep helps quite a bit. ... show more
