I purchased this on sale for around $180 bucks- only the cream color was on sale and it was quite a bargain! It arrived on time and the delivery team delivered inside my door. It was heavy, so I opened the box and took out the 4 peices and took them into my bedroom individually. Packaging was great without damage- the base was strapped with zip ties to prevent spinning until you are ready to use the chair. The back slides into the bottom and then each side of the back (the "wings") slide into the back. It was really easy and took maybe 5-7 minutes. The chairs spins all the way around- there is no "stop". The chair rocks, not glides, and is really quiet. The seat is a little firm and I wonder if it will soften over time. I am petite- 5'2", 100 lbs, and there is plenty of room on each side of me. It is a pretty good looking chair- even at full price. The fabric is soft and feels like good quality. It has a subtle pattern to it (see picture). The color is a nice, creamy, neutral color- more towards a true cream (yellow base than a beige/gray base tone). We have a cat and so far, her claws are not causing an issue with the fabric. As stated in another review, it does not recline- so I was not expecting it to. My only complaint, if any, is the bottom of the fabric in the back does not attach (no velcro). Not and issue for me as the chair is in the corner. I think this is a nice chair and am happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

Just got my chair in yesterday, very very easy to assemble. Its a good size, not too small. The color is beautiful, i thought it was gonna be a darker gray but this lighter gray is much nicer. Even though it is mentioned in the ad several times . The company did not respond to my email yet , so how/if they will make this right has yet to be seen . Fortunately, I unpacked it carefully , so the shipping materials are intact . Save yourself the trouble . It only swivels and rocks . You can imagine my dissatisfaction. This company misleads consumers by blatantly misrepresenting their product. Why trust anything they make ? This review is of Amazon as they are in charge of refunds . In a chat they promised a refund nearly 2 weeks ago that was supposed to take 3-5 days . It is seemingly impossible to get a human being to resolve this . Already taking all morning .
