Don’t hesitate to get this chair! I’m not a nursing mom , I bought this chair for my bedroom because of its compact size and the high quality non toxic materials used to build it. I’m always concerned about indoor air quality and some furniture is just toxic and will off gas for years. You can rest easy with this beautiful chair. It’s comfortable and has a nice vibrating massage feature (not shiatsu) . My teen son is autistic and the chair helps to calm his nerves. The rocking and swivel features work great as well. The color is on the pale blue grey side. Very soft fabric. Armrests are padded and quite comfy , lumbar support is great too. Only draw back would be that the foot rest has to be closed by pushing it in and finish closing with handle. However this doesn’t bother me because I’m not using it as a nursing chair. A nursing mother may wake the baby trying to close the footrest . All things considered you can’t find a better chair of this quality at such a great price. ... show more

I was lucky enough to be able to try this chair before purchasing it. The main feature that sold me on it was the lumbar and neck support. It is very comfortable and the massage feature doesn't hurt. The only thing that I would change about the recliner is the foot support. Once fully reclined, it's a bit difficult to kick the foot support back in place in order to get up. If you're taller, it probably isn't an issue. But it's challenging to kick it back in place while holding a baby and not trying to wake them. ... show more

    • Comfortable but several very irritating things about this chair
It makes a popping sound and feeling likely from a spring inside if you tilt back just 2.5 degrees making the rocket incredibly annoying to use, the leg rest requires a lot of force (I’m 6’2 200 pounds) to put down and it cannot be put down just by pressing it down with your legs, you have to use the lever to lock it into place which means readjusting your baby if you let them fall asleep in your right arm. The lever is too short so reaching for it is annoying. The massage things for the shoulders are too high, again I’m 6’2 so I’m not sure who they’re made for, certainly not most moms. Overall disappointed with the chair especially for the cost. ... show more

I am so glad I bought the Evolur Habana Glider & Recliner With Massager for my nursery! It is the perfect chair for breastfeeding and for relaxing when my baby is napping or I am pumping. The chair is incredibly comfortable, with plush seating and a built-in massager that has 8 different modes and 5 intensity levels. I love that I can adjust the massage to my exact preferences, and it really helps me to relax and de-stress. The chair also rocks and swivels, which is great for when I'm feeding my baby. I can easily rock back and forth to soothe my baby, and the swivel function allows me to easily reach for things on my nightstand. Another great thing about this chair is that it is very sturdy. My husband is 6'4" and he fits comfortably in the chair, even when he is fully reclined. I highly recommend the Evolur Habana Glider. The chair is beautiful but the massager just vibrates at a low level. I bought it to rock my baby and it worked great until she turned 10 months old. Now it is not wide enough. For reference I weigh 123 pounds and she is small for her age. If you have wood floors you will want to put something under the glider because it does move when you get up with a sleeping baby. ... show more
