The machine did not work, the technician couldn’t install it on my computer. The door on the ribbon would not close. I was so disappointed. I’ve had a primacy printer for 5 years and I love it. This one was a piece of junk. I was surprised that Amazon shipped it to me. So disappointing ☹️.

My initial recommendation was one star due to problems with dual-sided printing. Customer Service reached out to me to on their own to help out. We were able to resolve the one-sided printing issue and other minor glitches. Jack did an excellent job of getting the problems solved. It’s a bad printer. It’s life span is only few months and warranty won’t cover is. Service department won’t honor warranty.

I bought the printer, but it never worked. I did purchase everything that could be the issue, and still couldn't get it to work. The insurance company wouldn't honor the insurance.

the dongle that holds the license fell apart - companies only remedy was to buy a new printer because a five dollar piece of plastic didn't hold up. I'd give zero stars if able. The dongle has to be plugged into the pc in order for the printer to work.

The printer itself works great. I've had a bit of trouble with the USB key that came with the product, providing the software needed to print the cards, but was able to troubleshoot with the support team in order to rectify the situation.

The Evolis Primacy Dual-Sided ID Care Printer is extremely great! I bought this to replace an old Zebra ID Card Printer and I do not have any regrets. The Bodno Software is MAC COMPATIBLE which makes things so much more seamless. The quality of the prints is great.
