U wasn’t expecting brand new condition and I didn’t get brand new condition I got a used card so it’s gonna show signs of use. I got the card without original packing which was ok. Card has a couple of scratches and dents nothing to crazy. It’s works most importantly and works good. Worked just fine with displayport but hdmi was a no-go didn't work at all, returned and hopefully the next one i get is better
