I ordered this power supply 6 years ago for 130 dollars. It has been nothing but amazing in all my builds I've had since then. From powering an FX 8350 + RX 560 build, to a ryzen 9 7950x+ 6800xt, it does it all. I can't express how awesome this power supply is for thr price I got it at those years ago.. now for 200, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Still a great psu though ... show more

9 year review: Bought in 2017 and it still works with no issue in May 2026. I replaced the fan very shortly after I purchased it with a more quiet fan. The original fan was a bit loud if I remember correctly. That fan lasted 8 years before it started to make a bunch of noise. Just replaced the fan today with another brand 140mm fan and cleaned the psu out of dust. I hope to reach 10+ years on this power supply. ... show more

Picked this up for $50 around Black Friday, couldn't be happier, was a little nervous about the rating, as I was down grading from a platinum, but I gained a extra 250w headroom for future upgrades. That being said, I don't even come close to hitting Max. I'm only running a [email protected] w/ Cryorig A40 AIO, a 1070ti@2025mhz, 7 fans, 4 SSDs, and a HDD, and the highest I've seen is about 525w while benchmarking. It is only partially modular, but being that the hard wires are for the motherboard/CPU and video card, which you're going to use anyways, I don't see a problem with it, matter of fact I think it's a plus in my opinion, not that it happens much but I'm sure the connections could get loose over time and I'd rather not have my CPU lose connection with a bump or something along those lines. Granted it's a slim chance. After 3 months all is good, PSU is quiet, voltages are stable, and still happy with my purchase. ... show more
