I've been a user of EVGA products for a while. This power supply is the second of this variety that I've had and the first lasted for several years before going bad. I recently ordered this new one to replace one that was going bad in my PC and, like the first, this one has thus far been great. If anything changes I'll be sure to update. But for now, as a good power supply, I do recommend this one as a reliable option. The only issue I had with this was not on the seller. UPS delivered it to the wrong house. Had no idea where it went or who got it, but the delivery page indicated it was delivered and handed off to a person. Still not sure where it was delivered or who it was delivered to, but I caught the sight of someone dropping it off outside and they were driving off as I went out to get it. There are a few good samaritans left in the world at least. That said, the seller of the product, SpaceBound, was more than willing to help out in any way and were quick to respond when I contacted them during my runaround with UPS. This is my first time dealing with this seller and I have only good things to say about the experience thus far. ... show more

I love EVGA and have been a customer for over a decade, they make reliable good products and this is no exception. However, when looking for a new power supply when mine went out randomly, I came across this because it is affordable and reliable. I have a graphics card that requires two 8-pin pci power connectors, which this product advertises it has in the images. When getting the power supply I noticed that it only had one 8-pin and one 6-pin which was incompatible with my setup. Luckily I had the tools to simply add a 2 pin connector to have the two 8-pins, but I don’t expect others to do the same. If you’re running a graphics card with 2 8-pin connectors this power supply will not be compatible out of the box. Any other use case I 100% recommend, just wish it was more clear what they were selling. ... show more

While playing MSFS 2020, my screen went black, the computer shut down, and my 750w Solid Gear ATX12V/EPS12V psu set off a spark, before I could unplug from outlet. Purchased from Amazon back in Feb 2015, for $35 ! So, I think I got my money's worth. Anyway, I decided to go with EVGA. The 750-N1 is just a basic psu. I purchased the EVGA 750 N1 to replace a failed power supply in an old Dell XPS 8300. The original PS was only a 460 Watt ATX power supply but had a higher than usual combined power of 142Watts on the +3.3V and +5V rails. It is nearly impossible to find a new power supply in the 500W range that meets this requirement, and is rather difficult even at the 750W level. Fortunately, this model fits the bill with a combined rating of 150W on the +3.3V and +5V rails and a great price. The product arrived from Amazon in one day and was well packed. The retail packaging was typical high quality you can expect from EVGA. The power supply itself looks great with a matte black finish and nicely wrapped cables. There are plenty of cables available for most modern builds, and the cable length should be adequate for any mid-tower builds. Installation was a breeze as the EVGA power supply matched the size and fit of the original Dell power supply. Once all power connectors were made within the case, and the extra cables tucked away under the optical drive I powered on the system. Everything worked as expected, but, as an added bonus, I did notice that the new power supply was much quieter than the old one was. All in all, this was a great experience with great service from Amazon and a great product from EVGA. ... show more

setting it up was a hassle yes but as always, the reward was worth it my pc runs much smoother and the psu is quite as can be. however what i did NOT like is how it randomly decided to turn off one day it hasnt done it again and is still working lovely but be aware it may have a short life.

I didn't do enough research on PSU's before I bought this. I wanted at least a brand name, but didn't go into the different ratings. So after this one was installed and I did a little more reading, I was actually kind of bummed out and frankly worried that I had bought a PSU that was gonna implode on me. It's been in for many months now, almost always running, and so far has been great. It's powering my system just fine and so far is showing no signs of having an issue. My house is fairly dusty (puppies play in mud -> puppies come inside -> puppies dry and mud turns to dirt -> dirt turns to dust and gets everywhere) and so far the dust hasn't caused an issue. I will update if/when this thing fails, but I'm thinking it'll last quite awhile. Next time though, I am getting a modular. The back side of my case looks like a wiring nightmare right now. UPDATE: This bugger is STILL powering my system. It's now pushing an overclocked 3060Ti, overclocked RAM, and a 4.4GHz overclocked 3600x. More lights than before, and an AIO. Literally has never even given the hint it's going to die. I've also put this guy in two different PC builds, both have been fine for many months so far. ... show more
