I wear this 24/7 due to severe abdominal pain. This binder is the best I have used and I highly recommend it. The elasticity is very good and the velcro remains in perfect condition. The elasticity does break down over time but I tighten it to the next velcro section and it continues to work well. I've had many that the velcro stops working. This does not. I've worn this for over a year and the velcro is as good as the day i purchased it. I have machine washed it on a delicate cycle and hung it to dry and it comes out clean and as good as new. My husband also wears one for his hernias. We have both found this brand to be the best one.

First off, I was very pleased with how quickly I received this in the mail! I was very pleasantly surprised with how well this product works! Great compression, very lightweight, and very comfortable to wear, and it does not bother me if I need to wear it for an extended period of time! I bought this because I get very severe menstrual pain. This binder does an exceptional job at suppressing the pain, making it possible for me to complete my daily routine without any pain getting in the way! SO WORTH IT!!

I bought this for use following abdominal surgery. Sizing wise, it is perfect. the various connection points for the velcro provide ample choices in how large or small the binder is. It also hold securely even when tightly connected. The only issue I have is that the top and bottom of the binder tend to roll up along the striping.

I am using this belt to control an abdominal hernia. It is better than other belts I purchased in the past. It is light weight, it is thin/ non-bulky, and it provides firm control. The velcro closure is strong and secure and adjusts to any size within a certain range. I have a 41" waist, and the L/XL fits just fine with about a 2-3" overlap. (If my waist were 42" or more, the XXL would be better.) The 6 1/2" height reaches exactly from my waist to my bra band. It is comfortable enough to wear all day long, and has a low profile under clothes. The black color is great for under winter clothes. I hope I can find the same product in flesh tone for summer.

This product has helped a lot with my abdominal pain but also corrected my posture. I wear this to work and it's comfortable to wear. I've tried other products and they haven't gone up to par with this one. You pay for what you get and it's worth every cent.
