If you have plenty of time, then these probably won't bother you. They are high quality, authentic and have a great feel and smell. Only issue is the leather straps, which slow you down significantly when doing a job at the start and finish. If it weren't for the straps, I'd give easily 5 stars. I have a fast paced work, however, and the straps are not practical for someone moving at a quicker speed. Overall, I am pleased with it.

I often find myself cooking at an elderly relative's house - where there are no decent knives. With this case, I can safely bring my own kitchen knives with me. It's a heavy canvas with plenty of space for a wide variety of kitchen knives.

As a chef, I am always looking for that item that can ease my workload, while still fully allowing me to maximize potential. This knife bag is good-ish, but certainly not great. I like the feel of the leather to touch, however this thing attracts all kinds of dust and debris. You unfold it on a table and when you go to close it, it seems as if you tossed a handful of flour on it first. There are numerous slots to place your various knives and tools of the trade. This being said, it will take you some time to fully arrange them so that they sit snugly and allow a nice form to remain when the knife bag is closed. Returning to the leather, I enjoy it, but find the straps to just truly feel out of place. Clips always just work better for this type of bag and allow for quick and easy opening and closing of the bag.

I love this knife bag so much! It is extremely well made. It is made a combination of materials that are durable which is important. Note, It is fairly heavy on its own which will only become a lot more with a full set of steel chef knives. No complaints or issues to report about it. I like that there’s plenty of room for everything it’s easy to carry and store as well. Would make a fantastic gift idea or upgrade for what you already have and use!

This is a well made knife roll bag. It is sturdy thick leather with strong seams. There are plenty of slots for lots of knives. I had to remove a star however, because it should really have the handle loops above each blade slot, instead of just three of them. The handle loops would also be more effective if they were elastic. Make sure it is on a flat horizontal surface before opening, because there is definite risk of the knives falling out if not held in the right position. Besides these flaws, it is a good roll bag to contain your sharp knives and other accessories.

This is a very plain canvas knife roll. The material is heavy. It is similar to what the military used, durable but nothing to brag about. The straps are very thin. I don’t see them lasting very long. I think glove leather is thicker than the straps. The inner flap protects the knives. The quality and the price are not in sync. You can find knife rolls that are similar for much less. If you are looking for a budget bag, I would consider looking for a similar bag that is half the price or less. Even at the sale price I don’t see this as a bargain. I gave this 4 stars because it is what it says it is.
