This knee pillow is well made and worked to take pressure off my hip. I had no problem keeping it in place when I slept with my knees stacked, even without using the elastic strap. But as a side sleeper I don't really spend much time with my knees stacked, I prefer to bend one knee towards my chest and straighten the other leg. This pillow doesn't work so well for that. I purchased a soft pea shaped pillow is more comfortable for the way I sleep. This product does work as advertised and we are keeping it for my husband to try.

I bought this for my Significant Other because he has had back, hip, and knee pains while sleeping on his side. The pillow goes in-between his legs, and from the first night using it, he could absolutely tell a difference in the way his body is laying, which is comfortable and ergonomically corrected by the pillow. It provides support that a regular pillow can't provide because this pillow keeps shape, and firmness while he sleeps. He is waking up with little to no pain because of it. It really is a great pillow, comfortable, has that strap that keeps it in place while he sleeps, so he doesn't lose it when turning. And takes pressure off his back, hips, and knees all while keeping shape all night long. I am also happy with the removable cover, that I can just throw in the washer. If you are a side sleeper like he is, it is worth the money.
