Very fresh, mild smooth test. I actually now also use it with baking (muffins, brownies, etc.) + they tast great. Today I was out of butter so I even used it for making pancakes, grease the pan) tasted great. No more unhealthy corn or vegetable oil for me. I have other uses for this oil, if I keep writing you may think I'm weird - Let's just say a small amt. works great for shining/polishing shoes + a great substitute when wd40 not available. This is a great olive oil for cooking and baking, not strong at all. The only problem I had was that the lid wasn’t cut through to screw it off. Once I figured what was wrong I cut it and unscrewed it. Took a while.
