  • Better than expected.
Size: 18x17" Seat Style: Fixed Desk Arms
Just what hubby needed -- He is 6 ft, 200 lbs and cannot walk any longer. Also - he likes to sit out in the sun so we are hoping the reclining back is smooth. Chair is made extremely well and sturdy. Like the padded calf pads. Head pillow - not so much.

  • Great chair with two major exceptions
Size: 22x19" Seat Style: Fixed Full Arms
I bought this chair to replace an old Tracer SX5. This chair is an upgrade in a lot of ways: higher seat, sturdier build, better brakes, 50% more weight capacity, etc.. There are, however, two flaws. 1. The wheels are too smooth. I imagine this is to make it easier to move, but it means the chair will slide around on polished floors an inch or two when you have the brakes locked and try to stand up for therapy. 2. The inclines of the back of the chair are only good for people who want to relax. If you want to sit up straight to eat or use your laptop, you will be leaning forward and will have no back support. This also means it is impossible to sit upright at a 90 degree angle and use any sort of safety harness. UPDATE: By NOT using a seat cushion, the incline of the chair is no longer bothersome. • My mom is not ambulatory and loves this wheel
Size: 18x17" Seat Style: Fixed Full Arms
We bought this product for my mom for my wedding. She cannot walk and she is wheelchair bound. This chair is extremely comfortable and has a great recliner. She was incredibly happy with the support that the back provides as well as the comfort of the seat. She sat in the shower for nine hours at my wedding and she was incredibly happy. Her back did not get sore. This chair is an absolute game changer and it’s a great value. We’re so happy with it. Thank you. ... show more

  • What we were looking for!
Size: 18x17" Seat Style: Fixed Desk Arms
After heavily researching manual wheelchairs, we ordered the Everest and Jennings Advantage wheelchair. This has all the necessities we were looking for at a great price. The ability to recline the high back at the desired angle, adjustable leg rests, removable head rest, adjustable neck brace and removable arm rests are the essentials for a manual wheelchair. The quality is excellent. Easy to fold and put in the back of my SUV. I have to remove the leg rests and head rest to stow in the vehicle, but that only takes 30 seconds. This chair weighs about 54lbs which is easy for me to pick up and put in the trunk, but could be a challenge for someone who is not able to lift much. This is a superior wheelchair! ... show more

  • Best Bang for My Buck!
Size: 22x19" Seat Style: Fixed Full Arms
This reclining chair checks all the boxes in terms of comfort and flexibility. It also folds up easily and makes life easier while I recover from hip surgery.

  • Size matters
Size: 22x19" Seat Style: Fixed Full Arms
Sturdy but probably best for a patient that is at least 6 feet tall and male. Chair moves easily over many types of terrain. My mom finds the seat comfortable, but the leg lifts are most likely for a man instead of a tiny woman, as they are so far apart that even when she doesn't sit with her legs together, her legs fall in the gap between the lifts. She is only 5 feet tall and although the neck support can be adjusted for height, it cannot be lowered to a point where it is useful to her. ... show more

  • Best wheelchair for fully disabled mother
Size: 18x17" Seat Style: Fixed Desk Arms
This is the best wheelchair for my mom by far. It reclines, is comfortable & narrow enough to still fit through doors easily. My mom is fully disabled & can no longer at all. This wheelchair makes it easy to move her & take her both outside & around our home. It even fits up to our table so she can eat meals with us more easily. Get it! ... show more
