The media could not be loaded. My son is about 40lbs and this thing tops out at over 15mph. Fast enough that they do not get bored with it. Does well in the yard and fields. You have the ability to control the speed with three settings and can adjust according to rider ability. Would definitely purchase again. ***Update: Noticed a design flaw in the rear wheel. The valve to inflate the rear tire is obstructed by a spike and there isn't enough room to attach a chuck to inflate the rear tire. The tire is obstructed and we cannot remedy the issue because of this. ... show more

My 10-year old son absolutely loves this dirt bike. It’s got a lot of power and runs much longer than expected at its maximum speed. It's very durable and well made. It was super easy to assemble and he was riding in minutes. We took it camping with a portable battery and it charged great and he rode it all weekend. We weren't sure he'd fit this bike, but it works great, and we're happy to have him riding this one instead of an adult dirt bike for safety. I'd highly recommend it!!! ... show more

After debating whether I should get this for my son, who is 7 years old, I decided to buy this dirt bike because he has 2 other ride on cars/trucks - the dirt bike is different of course with its 2 wheels instead of 4 wheels for the car/truck. I was afraid my son would not be able to learn to ride this quickly - but he did in 2 days. He's been zipping with it across the backyard for days and he still loves it. It took me about 20 min to put this together with his help. Nothing too complicated and I would say it is comfortable for him to sit on right now. No noise which is perfect. Bought this for my son for his birthday, I had bought it a couple weeks before his birthday to make sure it will arrive in time. My son got to ride it for about 2 weeks and the charger stopped working and of course it was 2 days after the window of return. I have reached out the the company and have got no response. If you go on the evercross web site I can't even find a charger for the dirt bike. So we have a bike that can't be used anymore because we can't find a proper charger.
