    • Bulb failure, order was wrong, expensive return.
These bulbs are very bright, maybe too bright actually. However, one of them stopped working within 5 minutes of installation. Additionally, I ordered 2 sets of 2 bulbs and received 1 set. The return involves ME paying to send them back to China which is simply cost prohibitive. Do yourself a favor and walk away from this item. UPDATE 7/25/21: Everbright customer support contacted me and asked me to try a few things to allow the failed 1157 bulb to work. When it was determined it was defective, they promptly refunded me for the bulb set that failed and the one that didn't arrive - without the need for the expensive postage for the return. Great customer service. I am raising their rating from 1 to 4 because of this. ... show more

    • Plenty Bright!
These were used in a 69 Coronet. They are plenty bright, but they are a little long. The tail light lens may interfere with the bulb on some applications. I could use these on the outer socket, but not the inner ones.

I purchased the amber bulbs for my turn signals / daytime running lights. They worked well for a few weeks then one of the bulbs started blinking while running as a daytime running light. I ordered another set and one of those bulbs didn't work at all. I like that there was no hyperflash when using the turn signal and I didn't have to install a resistor. ... show more

The LEDs worked well for a couple months before randomly getting hyperblink errors. Temperatures began cooling and the problem became more common, until one day they both failed when the temperatures were below 20 deg F. I loved the more orange (and bright) glow from the lights, but not worth the money for less than 7 months of use. ... show more

Bought this to upgrade the standard P21/5 tail/brake lamp on my BMW m/c/ Bought these as they said Canbus rated not to give LAMP trouble indication. Installed lamp in my garage, tested OK . Ran engine a ew minutes, no error code. On ride the next day, within 10 minutes, got LAMP trouble indication. I thought the lamp was working, but the CANBUS didn't like it. When I came home I found the tail light NOT working and same for the brake light as well. Removed bulb, heard something rattling around inside. Put back original lamp, everything works OK, LAMP trouble code out. Tested the other lamp in the package with 12 battery. Wow, the bulb gets extremely hot!! Too hot to touch after a short while. Something not right here. Initially I was quite happy with the tail/brake light output when it did work in the garage. How did these lamps get by product control at the factory?? Very disappointed. I thought I had a winner here. Amazon gave me a refund. ... show more
