The chair is just what you read in the description and some. It’s comfortable and sturdy, I was seriously injured in an accident I shattered two bones below my knee and had an knee reconstruction surgery also. Once I ordered my chair I contacted the seller asking if there was any way to receive the chair sooner, I explained what happened and was completely thrown for a loop when I was told no problem I received it promptly put it together and it has made a big difference with The massage and heat settings and the fact that it also lifts up to pick me up and set me back down gently without bending or bumping my knee or leg. I knew the chair was going to be a high-quality product since I had Purchased a child wagon from them recently also and I wasn’t let down at all.

Probably the easiest thing I've ever had to assemble myself. Shipped in 2 boxes. Everything either snapped together, plugged in, or wing-nut hand screwed together. No tools. Very sturdy and comfortable. Great value for the price I was impressed.

1. The chair wasn't that easy to put together. I had to get my brother to do it for me as my back won't let me work on my hands and knees. One bolt for the additional stabilizer was missing. but fortunately I keep every bolt and nut I find and I had one that fit. Saved us a trip to the hardware store. The chair was supposed to be for a large size peron. I'm 6'-0" and 285#. The chair is snug for me and the head cushion is too small or not thick enough. This causes my neck to strain. A extension for the leg rest would be nice too I've seen them on other chairs. My legs hang about a foot past the leg rest. All this aside I like the plastic leather and padding. It should hold up well. The chair is nice and sturdy and functions well. But I wish the motor could make it rise and lower faster. I wish the function controller had a longer cord. The lift controller buttons are hard to find. That's all I have for now. Best regards to your team. Thanks.

I recently purchased the EVER ADVANCED Power Lift Recliner with the expectation of a solid, comfortable chair, especially designed for the elderly. The chair does deliver in some aspects; the infinite-position lift to 150 degrees and heat and massage functions are genuinely beneficial features. The remote control, cup holders, and USB ports are nice touches that make the user experience more convenient. However, if you are on the taller or heavier side, you might want to think twice. The chair feels somewhat flimsy and not as sturdy as I had hoped for, which does make me question its long-term durability. Another downside is the manual. The PDF provided on this page is currently inaccessible, so if you're thinking of disassembling and reassembling, you're out of luck—at least for the time being. Overall, it's a decent chair but certainly has room for improvement. I'd recommend it more for petite users and those not planning on moving it around too much.

We ordered 1 for my mother-in-law and then 1 for my mother. The one for my mother in law the left arm broke off, mind you she is 87 years old. Hardly strong enough to cause a break. We emailed the supplier thru Amazon and never received a response and ended up throwing the chair away. In October, less than 6 months after the 2nd chair was purchase it is stuck in reclining position and leaning to one side. Again we emailed the supplier and received a response with troubleshooting tips. We had already tried all their so called tips...then they replied they wanted pictures of the chair. I live kind of far from my mother and she does not know how to take pictures with her phone, she is 79 years old. So I again, emailed them asking for a owners manual...no response again. My suggestion is DON"T BUY this chair. The chair is a very poor quality and breaks or malfunctions easily and the supplier has extremely poor customer service. Based on my emails, I think they are not in the USA so they really SUCK at customer service and making things right with the customer. Amazon, you are losing me as a customer as well since you obviously don't care to screen your suppliers well enough to make sure they will make good and back their products especially electronic and mechanical items. Very unhappy customer of EVER ADVANCED Lift Chair Recliner!
