All in all we love this chair. It does have a few flaws though: 1) Remote control only regulates massage and heat. It would be better if the remote control adjusted the chair reclining/inclining positions. 2) The chair reclining/inclining control is in a very awkward location for an abled-bodied person. It is impossible for a person who does not have right arm function. 3) The heat/massage functions are slightly noticeable. 4) The massage function especially near the neck is too loud and distracting, reducing the function of massage—-relaxing. Beware, my husband is 5'9" it read accommodate to 6". His legs are longer than the foot rest by a foot and his head is about 6" past the headrest. The chair itself if beautiful, and was very easy to assemble. The "specs" on the chair are off. Love the chair, but it is too small for my husband.

I love the look, but I hate the fact that there is no head support. I can not lean back to watch TV with my feet up without staring at the celing. I have to use a pillow which kind of defeats the purpose of the comfort of the chair. Now I have to spend more money to buy a sutible pillow which will fall off of the chair every time I get up. My old chair I bought from you was much more comfortable but only lasted a little over a year. ... show more

We ordered this chair for our dad. It is a great quality and he loves it! Very comfortable and offers the assist he needs. We did have an issue with the motor, which after doing some research was a problem with the motor manufacturer—not the chair manufacturer. Even considering that, this Amazon seller refunded us the price of the motor replacement (they didn’t have to… couldn’t have just ignored us bc we weren’t going to ship the chair back). All that to say, this is a really nice chair and a GREAT value for the price we paid. I think our issue isn’t a common thing. We recommend this chair and this Amazon store. :) ... show more
