  • Great tent!
Color: Grey
This tent is awesome!!! I'm 6'8 and finding tents I can feel somewhat comfy in is challenging! This bad boy takes 2 minutes to put up, fits a full 2*8 foot table, 32 inch wide cot, with walkway between the two! I was able to break down the cot in the dark without snagging the doorway however I'd recommend the zipper be a bit more accessable because with the 3 inch cover flap it can be a fumble in the dark without a light to get out. My cot has 3 pads I carry ideally which I was able to put down on the floor of the tent and share the space with a lover at a festival! Met her less than a week after taking my dogs out camping with the tent and even when they walked inside briefly the material remained strong and didn't seem to tear or stretch out. Please make a more weatherproof tent with thicker material and provide reinforcements (rubber or pvc) on edges where poles apply most pressure because that seems to be the most strained part while in use and while breaking down/putting up the tent. I'll pay over 200$ for a more weatherized version with canvass material on high strain areas ... show more

  • This is a nice tent, recommended
Color: Orange
I really like this tent, and would recommend this for anyone who camps out of their vehicle. The “blackout” works very well, with just a small band of light around the base, and dim inlet from the top. I purchased a small fan with lighting to hang in the center - it’s pitch black once the sun sets, and pretty dark during the daylight hours. Keeps the rain out quite adequately, and overall, it’s a keeper for me. ... show more

  • Nice tent
Color: Blue
Love how easy this was to set up and take down. Wish the bag was bigger, very tight fit. Not adms tall in the middle as it says, but not too bad. Height is about 5'11" inside. Good ventilation and comfortable

  • Really dark, weird zipper placement
Color: Blue
I bought this to replace an instant tent of another brand that ended up not being very durable. So far, I have only set it up twice and used it once. I set it up when I received it. Then used it for a 4-day camping trip. We had some light rain, but no downpour or wind to really test it. It was super hot and sunny (heat wave). Definitely both pros and cons to this tent, but overall, seems decent for the cost (and at this price point, I won't feel as bad if I need to replace it as soon as my last, more expensive one). So, I'll start with the darkening coating inside. I expected darkER. I got total blackout conditions. You should sell this to nightshift workers to use as a canopy over their beds! It was too dark. Once you close the windows to keep the night damp out, you can't see anything...at all. My partner and I woke each other up repeatedly, because every time you get up for a middle of the night tinkle, you either need to use a light or bumble around feeling your way out. It did keep the interior cooler during mid-day, so this was a plus. And if you're a sleeper inner who doesn't want to be woken up by sun at dawn, or maybe going to a festival where people have lights on all night, this would definitely work well for you. The windows themselves don't zip across the top, which seemed odd, but overlapped the tent enough that no damp got in. The bigger annoyance with the windows is there wasn't any tie to roll them up, so they dangled into us. But we managed to roll them outward to tuck into themselves, but this just wasn't very secure. The zipper on the door was pretty annoying, too. There are two separate zippers...not as in two zipper pulls that allow you to open from either end, but the bottom right corner of the door flap was a sharp corner where both pulls met and stopped. So if you just wanted to open the corner a little to creep out at night without letting the bugs in, you had to find two zippers in the dark instead of one. On the plus side, there was no zipper snagging...I think every other tent I've had has a place where the zipper snags on the door. A positive was the set-up. The poles opened and clicked locked very easily. My partner took the tent down (and then I re-did the folding, lol), and I didn't hear any complaints about collapsing the poles, so I assume that worked smoothly. When I set up the tent in my recroom when it arrived, like other reviews mentioned, it looked like pinholes along the seams. I really don't know if they were actually holes, or just bright spots where the stitches punctured the blackout coating and gave that illusion. None of it looked like holes from the outside. But I just coated the seams with a seam sealer just to be sure. The dimensions seemed a bit smaller than my previous tent rated for the same number of people. There wasn't quite as much room for storing clothes/gear alongside our double size air mattress. I think if we had a queen size mattress, it would have completely filled the tent with no extra space, so factor that in for the air mattress you use. (Though, really, couples, you're going to like each other better if you have two separate mattresses or camping pads, lol... we're old enough to know better but shared an air mattress anyway.) The rainfly has a quirk in the location of the velcro. One of the velcro tabs hits right where the corner padding is covering the top joints of the poles. It needs to be either 6" higher or 2" lower. I have Velcro, so will probably just fix this by adding an extension piece to fit around the padding, but it could use a modification to the fly design. I thought setup and breakdown were easy peasy. Even with a rush to breakdown camp to beat an incoming storm and without finishing my coffee, I was able to get it folded and rolled up to fit back in the bag (my partner wasn't, but despite being the one who taught me how to set up a tent and how to camp, fitting a tent back in the bag has never been his strength). Of course, as with every tent ever sold, immediately replace the cheap tent stakes with something that won't bend the first time you hammer them in. I wish they'd just charge $10 more and give us good tent stakes and a bag good stakes fit in.. ... show more

  • Very nice quality and very easy to assemble.
Color: Orange
We love this tent, our family of 4 fits well. The color in person is even better. I don’t know how it will do in rain but definitely good for camping. Super easy to set up and bring down. Definitely recommend.

  • Not good for multiple use or wet camping.
Color: Blue
Used it 5 times now (3-4 day uses over a little under a year). If used solely in dry areas, its good. However, over time the inner black lining starts to wear and creates holes where light comes through. I’ve been tenting for over 12 years and when u have to take down the tent in the rain, u usually open it up at home and dry it out. It rained for a few days so after a week I was able to open it up in my yard to clean it. Well, mold and mildew grew all over. In all my years it has NEVER happened with ANY of my tents. Blackout, Regular, Poles, Pop-Ups, 6-12person tents… NEVER! All stored in same locations, packed wet, opened after a few days, NEVER have had this happen. Used mold and mildew removal. Cleaned the entire thing. Spots will not go away. Inner lining, got worse. Pictures: inner lining with light coming through fabric, outer part of tent, outer part of rain cover. ... show more

  • Easy set up and durable
Color: Blue
This is hands down my favorite tent I have ever had. It is incredibly easy to set up. My 6’5 boyfriend can stand up inside without an issue and the blackout feature makes a huge difference when ya want to sleep-in in the morning or to just escape the sun for a little. Fits a queen size mattress with plenty of space for suitcases and a small bedside table. Great for camping music festivals and travel. ... show more
