We bought this to use for a trip we were going on and hoped it would fit down the aisle of an airplane. We were pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. Granted not a lot of wiggle room, but it fit so we could get down the aisle then break it down to put into a seat. The chest clip is bluetooth connected for a safety feature that will be really good since we live in where temperatures get really hot. It offers a warning if the cars temperature is too high, also alerts if the child is left in the car or buckled too long. Another nice feature is the front wheels can be removed and placed at the bottom of the seat if you aren't using the base piece in your vehicle, making it easier to install. I absolutely love this. Dupe for the doona and definitely lots lighter. Very easy to install. Easy to get out of vehicle and let the wheels down. Definitely worth the money. My wife is due in February and we took it out of the box to make sure it would be easy to use and was what we wanted. Here's the pros and cons: Pros- will be convenient not having to carry a car seat around since it turns into a stroller. When in stroller mode the handle adjusts to a nice height even for a 6'3 man. Option to leave the stroller wheels in the base. With the stroller base attached it wasn't too heavy for my wife to lift in and out of the vehicle. Cons- Pricey, but we bought when it went on sale and that made it worth it. The stroller wheels will only come off in the base. During our test run one stroller wheel was extremely stiff at first and not wanting to turn, it did eventually loosen up. During test run when trying to take the car seat only out and leave the wheels in the base one side was continuously sticking, it did loosen up and we also discovered that it has to be lifted straight up perfectly or it will stick on one side. If buying make sure you mess around with it beforehand so you can loosen it up. Don't want your baby in it the first time you use it or you'll be shaking them around trying to get the seat off the base. ... show more

Absolutely LOVE the Evenflo Shyft DualRide. We purchased the Gold Moonstone pattern. This is the most convenient car seat/stroller on the planet. I was a die-hard for the Doona until we tested this seat at a local shop. The stability is great, easy to use, and absolutely NO pieces to assemble when unboxing. Smooth strolling over all surfaces, including grass. It is a tad heavy to carry but that's where the convenience of the attached wheels come in! Very sturdy for baby and the sensor to monitor baby while driving is awesome to have. The handle expansion is longer than Doona as well, as I am 6ft tall and have no issues pushing this stroller. I absolutely love this stroller/car seat! I was a little disappointed, though in my second week of using it. Some of the plastic started to rattle and come apart on the handlebar and the connecting handlebar to the stroller. I’m not going to lie. As a FTM my first thought was “This is the worst purchase ever”. I couldn’t stand the stroller to car seat mechanics. Especially the first two weeks after birth, I HATED IT. Now that it’s been over a month, I am more comfortable with it. And it’s a huge convenience being able to drop the wheels down into stroller mode. I bought this for the sole purpose that it has the sensor, and the handle is a bit taller than the doona. It is a bit bulky, I have a smaller SUV so fitting the carseat in the car is sometimes a bit difficult. As for weight it’s a bit heavy but I can still carry it upstairs comfortably. I honestly can say If I ever have another kid, I would get another one. So far the convenience aspect outweighs any cons that I originally encountered. I bought this because of all the raving reviews and it seemed like it would make my life easier. I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and thoughts I’d try setting up and taking it down to get the feel for it. I have to say, if my baby was inside, he would be shook around. The wheels do not release easy. Putting it back down is a nightmare. The only reason I’m giving three starts is because once it’s set up, very convenient.
