I bought this for my fourth kid. I went back and forth with the Doona and this but I'm over 6 feet so chose this one over Doona. I feel like it's a bit more rickety than the Doona but I wouldn't trade it for anything, it is SO useful and amazing. Short and small learning curve- you'll figure it out after using it the first day. After 6 months of use one of the wheels would get stuck and not fold correctly every time. I called Evenflo and via zoom showed them the issue and within 10 minutes I was being shipped a new one. She said this is only because I bought the gold limited edition that I was able to replace it, but I vote their customer service 10/10. Worth every penny. Beware it is heavy!! Still worth the buy. If you're limited on space this one piece all-in-one item is for you! Yes it's pricey but it's constructed very well. Glad I made this purchase. P.s. Great for tall people, with the extended handle. If you're having trouble letting it down; while pressing the bottom hand button, tilt/lean in on the stroller. It will feel like it's collapsing but it's just the wheels folding. If you can't get it to fold, make sure the handle is pushed all the way down. ... show more

This no longer works - I purchased this in end of November to be used in January while I was expecting my new baby. It sat unused in its box in her nursery for around 2 months Well she arrived January 30th today is February 22. And the wheels do not come down. When the button is pressed. It will not click into the base firmly 70% of the time. It makes a rattle noise from day one. In addition to this The first one I ordered that was on sale at the time for almost 100 dollars less. Amazon lost at the warehouse. I waited for over month for them to tell me I had to cancel and reorder. So I did , but it was more money they did not want to adjust it to original purchase price. I blame Amazon for this because it is the third defective item I’ve received from Amazon. They suck customer service wise. Just buy from target or Costco don’t waste your time with horrible customer service reps that have a language barrier. Ordering from Amazon is like ordering from temu at this rate. ... show more
