My daughter was needing a new mattress and I saw this one and ordered it for her. Now I wish I had one! Here are my thoughts on the EvaStar mattress: 1) It comes like most mailed mattresses all rolled up and vacuum packed. But when I unrolled it on my daughters bed and cut open the plastic wrapping it reconstituted itself very quickly. You did not have to wait hours while the poos suffocated mattress tries to revive itself. 2) I am impressed by how comfortable this mattress really is. I don't know if it is having the springs but wow I conked out on it and slept great and woke up with no aches or pains. My daughter wanted me to add that she LOOOOVES IT! :>) 3) The materials seem to be of good quality and should last. I really like this mattress. Why did I purchase it for my daughter and not myself? RATING SYSTEM: I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important. Here is my rating scale: 5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone. 4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well. 3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great. 2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it. 1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.

I don't know how they managed to pack a hybrid mattress in a box like this, but it worked. It gained normal dimensions quite fast and everyone took turns lying on it, haha! Everyone commented on how it managed to be both comfortable and supportive. This is going in my daughter's room, and she still added her old mattress topper to it so it's pretty pillow-like. Other daughter is jealous, so I'm going to have to get another...

This mattress beat expectations, I was expecting it to be more on the firm side because it is a hybrid with coils, but it’s more like a medium firm. It’s extremely comfortable and the mattress is cool to the touch. I’ll be knocked out for hours sleeping on this mattress. It’s high quality, came packed in a very minimal box, was easy and quick to setup and didn’t have a lingering smell like most other mattresses with memory foam making this a great value for the cost.

This foam hybrid queen mattress came tightly rolled. There is a small opening tool but I didn't see it until I used a scissor to gently open it. I let it expand for 2 days on the living room floor. Make sure you have the room before you open it! It is a medium firmness as it says. a little bouncy. It didn't have a smell, which is great. Overall a nice mattress at a really fair price.
