This product has the worst directions. It makes no sense. It sounds like they have different products that they are shipping out. The directions say to put ice in the tank. That's not possible! I called customer service and that was awful. He kept saying, "like I said sir", like I wasn't listening to him. He disconnected twice. DO NOT buy this... terrible company and I'm guessing a terrible product. The airflow is nice, but where to put ice and water is so convoluted, who knows if it actually works! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall, the product seems okay. The air flow feels good, along with the fan. However, what I received is NOT what is advertised nor what others have received in the previous reviews. It does not have a bucket like thing at the bottom you pull out to put water in and put ice packs in. I only received 3 ice packs and not 6. This does not have a 12 hour timer, the max is 7. It leaks a little due to condensation I’m assuming, so I have to put a little towel under it. You put the ice pack at the top, and it only holds one. It’s hard to find instructions for THIS particular model because as mentioned, what I received is NOT what is advertised Update: After using this for a night, it has a large area of the floor wet. Even with putting a towel down. The floor is soaked! Another update: The leaking is just too bad, I am returning. ... show more

Intended for 10' x 13' room, didn't really provide enough cooling. The ice packs are too small to provide good cooling. Could fit only 2-3 in the bottom drawer. The top drawer is very small--not big enough for enough water.

This is a poorly made product that leaks from both the front and the back. I even tried a better plug from a former evap cooler, and it didn't work. Don't waste your money on this item - look elsewhere.

I'm assuming I received an older model then the one being advertised in the photos and videos. Like another review the model I received is not the same one in the photos. My unit doesn't leak like the one the other reviewer mentioned but ultimately this is not a solution to the hotbox I call my bedroom. I'd honestly recommend going with another product because it seems like a 50/50 on what model you'll receive. ... show more

I’ve tried so many fans living with no AC. Nothing works better than the vornado vans and this one does not blow air very hard or cool at all.
