I originally thought I had received dirty, used filters when I ordered replacement ones for my evaPolar. I was completely incorrect. I was not familiar with the material they use in their filters so upon receipt, I immediately contacted the company stating I received used ones. I received a response very quickly, within a couple of hours. They explained to me why I thought the replacement filters were "used and dirty" when they were, in fact, new. On top of that, they offered me a brand new evaPolar for my troubles, even though it was completely MY mistake!
