I have been really happy with this green puffer vest. It is lightweight but still warm enough to make a difference, which makes it easy to layer without feeling bulky. I love this vest so much! I used to think I was not a vest person, but I want to be so I gave this one a shot. The quilted threading is very cute and looks different than normal puffer vests. It’s warm and looks cute with jackets or sweaters or sweatshirts. The material is thin, but warm, and not too puffy. It’s also soft and hasn’t gotten dirty easily. It’s a bit oversized, which was perfect because it’s easy to wear with a bulky underlayer. I love it took because I hate wearing coats, I hate the way my arms feel. I can use this vest for just about anything. I can dress it up fairly well, and it makes leggings and a sweatshirt and duck boots look so much cuter. I have two issues with it: 1) the zipper sometimes it’s hard to zip up and gets a little caught midway and it looks to me like maybe the zipper track is just a little cheap. 2) the color does not look like the photo… I really wanted a nice muted brown that could go with just about anything and instead I got this brown that just has this weird tint to it. I probably should’ve sent it back for a different color, but I used it on a trip and so now it just is what it is. If I had to do it all over again, I would either choose a lighter color or black. ... show more

I originally bought a large and exchanged it for a medium. I'm a size 14 and the large fit, but since this is slightly oversized, it was too much. Here are the pros for me: 1. The collar can stand up and be fastened closed for cold weather, but more importantly, it can also be folded down so it's not on your neck. I don't like turtlenecks or scarves because I have a short neck and hate that feeling of being choked. This didn't feel that way to me. 2. You can wear it over a sweatshirt or sweater for a little extra warmth without weight. 3. The pockets are at the right angle to rest your hands in there. Some vests I've tried on have weird vertical or small pockets. 4. The length was enough to wear with tights. Now I sized down, which means it's not below my butt, but it covers enough for me. The only con is that there are no inside pockets and no zipper pockets to securely hold a phone, keys, etc. But that's okay for how cute it feels on. Love it. ... show more

Eh. It's bulky looking in person. The snaps are very hard to get closed. Weirdly the 3 at the neck are like magnets? The rest are press in snaps and they are difficult. It is a nice wine red, but just looks frumpy and bulky on me. It feels like it would be a bit rain repellent due to nylon or like material. Sort of warm. Just not want I am looking for.
