Should I Buy It?

Take into consideration your comfort expectations and the practicality of frequent maintenance before you make a decision.

  • I love it, even with the Cons.
Color: Tan
Pros: Very big, deep seats. Looks good, clean, sleek. It's comfortable. It's easy to move. It's simple to inflate. Can stand outdoor elements (I live in rainy area, not so much of the hot/cold extremes). It's pretty cool and people are always impressed with it. Cons: The felt-like surface easily collects lint, hair, and other fine particulates. There are a total of 7 air ports that need to be filled, not all easily accessible. Air pump not included, all 3 air pump nozzles are needed. The back of the couch is not flush, the bottom layer sticks out so, you can't rest the back again the wall. UPDATE: I purchased in 2015 and I threw it away in 2017 because it was impossible to clean. I washed it by hand numerous times and stains would not come out. I kept it outdoors so, there were stains from and gecko poop (gross, I know). I tried washing with soap, vinegar, bleach spray, and oxiclean- nothing lifted the stains. Due to its light color, it looked pretty "gross" in about 1 year. I had to cover it in sheets or blankets to hide all the gross-looking stains. In retrospect, I should have done this from day 1 or tried spraying it with scotch guard or something. *OR* it should be manufactured in a darker color and/or easy to clean finish. Know that if you use a colored blanket, the color or lint will likely rub off on the couch. Especially in the first few months of use, you will have to refill after most used because the material appears to continue to stretch. ... show more

  • For people that understand the difference between a real couch and and inflatable couch.
Color: Tan
I have had this couch for about 2 weeks. I ordered it with the recommended pump and it works perfectly. Easy to inflate! I was skeptical buying an inflatable couch, but I was desperate and didn’t want to spend $500. The price was worth the risk, I loved the look, the minimalism and sleekness and I wanted a big couch to lay on! (Always had small couches) I also have 2 small kids , I usually cover the whole couch cuz of messes. But they are chill kiddos and understand it’s inflatable. I read that it will stretch out after use because it’s new. Ive refilled it 3 times in 2 weeks. To me that’s not a big deal. It was $100 and it’s cute AF. Lol. It’s light and easy to pack if you move! The cushions stay as you sit , no sliding, unless my kids are up and down or sitting on very edge. They cushions are tight against each other. gaps are pictured. Still doesn’t bother me. The back rest gives a lot of support and it’s comfortable with the pillows and blankets. (Birds pictured are Halloween decorations!) ... show more

  • DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Color: Tan
I never leave reviews, in fact, I can only think of a handful of times that I have felt the need to do so. However, this couch is such a waste of money. My husband and I bought it for moving purposes to use until our POD arrived with all of our furniture. So, where to start? 1. The couch has multiple inflation points, which isn't really that big of a deal. The cushions though are not compatible with an electric pump - they are designed to be inflated by blowing into them. This was inconvenient, but not unforgivable. 2. The manufacturer does instruct to wait at least a few hours from inflating before using. We inflated it and waited. Be aware, that you will need to reinflate daily. Just as described by the manufacturer, as the material stretches, the couch will lose some air pressure and need to be adjusted. Again, not a big problem as we only really needed the couch for two weeks. 3. Now comes this big problem. After 3 days of using the couch, one of the seams in the bottom ripped and caused an unrepairable hole, making the entire thing useless. My husband and I tried MANY different things to fix the couch, but nothing worked due to the location of the hole. We tried: duct tape, gorilla tape, super glue, and even flex seal. Nothing worked. I should mention that we had this couch indoors, on a soft carpeted surface, and my husband and I were the only people to use it. There is no excuse for it to have ripped at the seam as it did. Ultimately, I will be contacting the company to try and get a refund. ... show more

  • A sufficient temporary solution
Color: Grey
This couch is decent all in all as long as you are willing to put up with th fact that it's an inflatable couch. Tbh it's actually pretty comfortable, large enough for 3 maybe 4 adults to sit on it. I highly doubt one could find a more comfortable couch at this price. But in the end it's still a inflatable couch. It will get punctures, I don't care how careful you are some how it will happen. The patch kit included is worthless. I suggest buying some vinyl patches right off. The type I'm using are for kayaks and pools. I found some that are color matching. Also a quality vinyl cement. I bought a cement from RH Adhesive called HH-66 vinyl cement, here off Amazon. This stuff is amazing btw. Another issue is the pillows. Actually one in particular. The largest of the three pillows in the set will deform over time. Basically the pillows are pleated to keep a square shape. The largest pillows pleats will come undone and in the end you will have a balloon that is uncomfortable to sit on. I just filled this pillow with beanbag material and used the vinyl kit and cement that I mentioned above to patch the hole I made to fill it. Also I recommend getting a electric inflation device of some sort. There is absolutely no way to inflate this thing otherwise. If after reading all this you're still thinking of buying one, well I suggest you buy two. So you can have one inflated as you patch the other. All in all I'm mostly happy with this couch, yes it's has a few extra steps, but even after buying 2, the vinyl kit, beanbag fuller, and the inflation device I still think you'll be hard pressed to find a couch this size this comfortable at this price. ... show more

  • Buy this one, not the other intex Sofas. Don’t forget to buy an air pump!
Color: Tan
Buy this corner sofa, not the other Intex Sofas. I bought the other Intex Sofas/chairs and they are hard for some people to get out of. The other ones are better for camping, otherwise I would not buy them. Only this corner sofa is worth the money. My family loves this corner sofa. It does take a while to inflate if you want it to last a while without reinflating. Probably 30 - 45 minutes to inflate, maybe longer. I think it can go maybe 10 days maybe longer without being reinflated. MAKE SURE YOU BUY AIR PUMP! It doesn’t self-inflate. I recommend Intex’s air pump, which was less than $20 on Amazon and had no issues. This sofa is honestly my family’s main sofa! We have been moving the past 20 days or so, so having a comfortable chic sofa that’s easy to move and clean in a vacant house has been great. Especially since it was so easy to set up and is so comfortable. It is pretty big though, could fit 3 adults and a child very comfortably. ... show more

  • Functional and comfy but does not retain air
Color: Grey
The couch is functional and convenient for an inflatable couch while camping/glamping. I'm a huge fan of this brand of air mattresses, and my son wanted a couch instead of a bed. First, it is very nice looking (doesn't matter for camping, but may look good in an interior play room as well). Second, it is big...very big. You could put 4 to 5 adults on it with room to spare. In 6 6-man canvas cabin tent, this thing takes up 50% of the entire floor. I have an Intex Queen inflatable bed, and the two cannot fit side by side in the tent without making weird angles. There's plenty of room on the couch, but it comes with a space and footprint cost. Third, it is mostly comfortable, but I think for adults, the back and side walls are not strong enough to offer full leaning or resting support. Aside from the size, the strength seems more geared towards lighter adults or kids. My 10-year-old 88-pound kid loves it and thinks it's very comfortable. However, the couch does not convert into a bed, though you can sleep on it or take the cushions off and sleep on the underlying support. This gives a lot more leg room, but then it only sleeps one person. He did not like sleeping on the cushions as a bed, unfortunately. As for durability, I'm dropping 2 stars. I'm used to Intex and inflatable beds and items "losing air" as they stretch. but this thing just deflates within 48 hours. There are 4 sections that hold air: the back, the two side walls, and the bottom cushion support. All 4 inflatable plugs are in different locations and can be a pain to inflate if you have limited room inside a tent. After more than a month of testing outdoors from May 5 , 2025 through June 20, 2025, I can definitely say it goes beyond stretching and just loses air. This has never been taken camping outside our backyard, and was just pulled from the box after purchasing in December of last year. There are no punctures and the backyard is flat, with thick grass. Despite knowing it "stretches" after the first use, I expected to need to top it off once or twice. But this item just kept losing air after inflation. It is a very slow leak and seems to be coming from the air intake valves. Both the back support and the under support lose air, and the bottom support loses it much faster. After 24 hours, it won't support my son (88 lbs). Since the intakes are in 4 different locations and both under the couch, reinflating is not fun. It is even less fun if you have a fully geared tent. I've ordered some silicone sealant and will attempt to seal the intakes around the edges. If that works, I may just have gotten a defective unit. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure how other people are enjoying this as much as the ratings suggest. ... show more

  • Better than I expected
Color: Tan
I got this to use as a temporary couch while still deciding on a real one. It didn’t take long to blow up and I was surprised by how big it was. It is really nice. Sturdy for a blow up couch. My daughter loves it and wants to put it in her room once our new couch come. It’s very comfy.

  • Not worth the hassle
Color: Tan
I wanted to write a positive review to give hope to perspective buyers but I am not able. As much as I wanted this product to work, it was a significant waste of time and money. In the interest of being thorough, here are my thoughts: PROS - In a technical sense, it fits the functional criteria of ‘couch’. It looks like a couch and you can sit on it. CONS (in no particular order) - It takes an extremely long time to inflate and you will be re-inflating it on a daily basis. The process is loud and annoying so, if you live in an apartment, forget about inflating it in the evenings. This “couch” is going to be your day-time project. - There are cracks in it. Ok, so you’re reading the reviews. You’ve seen the complaints but assume it’s just an odd handful of experiences. Maybe they’re from a few months or years ago. Maybe the product has improved. It hasn’t. The left arm of my “couch” deflated dramatically no matter how much care I took when inflating it. The worst part is that I couldn’t find the exact spot that the air was leaking from so consider that “tape” they provide useless. - Due to the cracks and the tedious amount of time it takes to re-inflate, if two people sit on it, it quickly becomes a see-saw. - It is heavy and not easy to carry/transport. - It is not comfortable unless you cover it with blankets. I assume, if like me, you’re drawn to this “couch” for function rather than aesthetics. I advise that you take into account how you will feel when your home starts to look like a dorm room. No matter how much you like your other furniture, this “couch” will cheapen your entire home and reduce how enjoyable you find your surroundings. - Perhaps the most important factor to take into account: This product exists to pray on your vulnerability and desperation. I am waiting on my couch to arrive so I decided to get this product as I wait. Being at home during the pandemic and not having anywhere to lounge but the bed or desk was affecting my well-being. I know that sounds dramatic but over time, I started to feel uncomfortable and desperate for comfort. This “couch” exhibits itself as the temporary solution without breaking the bank. I urge you to consider other options. This is not a solution. It is little more than a cash grab to pray on your desperation. You can get couches secondhand. Two weeks after purchasing this, my neighbour advertised his for $30. I bought it and it put into perspective how much of a hassle and burden this product had become. This inflatable behemoth now lives in the depths of the closet. It is near impossible to fold back into the box so it is sprawling out like a unrelenting weed - a fitting metaphor for the two weeks that I used this product. One star given for the one pro - it is technically a couch. Second star given because it was acceptable while I was desperate but after the short period that I had used it, I realised that I had been manipulated into accepting the terrible downsides of this product out of my own desperation. ... show more
