This shampoo has a thick texture, so it takes more effort to lather. Other than that the formula is amazing! My hair is always so soft. I was disappointed that my bottle came with a broken pump, I have to unscrew it to use the product.

This is the worst shampoo I’ve ever bought. I had a similar issue with the cap not popping up and I had to get pliers to hold the two points in place to twist. The main issue is this product doesn’t clean very well and I can never get it all out of my hair. I have long thick straight hair and so at first when it happened I gave it the benefit of the doubt to user error. But every time I try to use it no later how long I wash it out I will have patches where there is still product in my hair. I haven’t had this issue with other shampoos so I just don’t understand. The smell is overwhelming for me and don’t care for it. I had also bought the spray first and I liked it but the bottle leaked everywhere every time I used it. I had to move it to another bottle. Just seems like a sub par product and company.

in all honesty this stuff is pretty good, it doesnt make my hair insanely soft or strong like some other shampoos and conditioners, and it makes my dyed hair fade a lot more than other shampoos. i mainly buy it for the smell, the smell lasts FOREVER in your hair almost like a perfume. it does seem like they changed the formula on the shampoo though, cuz it smells a bit different than the other ones ive bought and smells a little bit different than the conditioner. i like that its vegan and cruelty free, but it also makes my dyed hair fade a lot more than other shampoos.

I love how this shampoo calms down my frizzies and it smells wonderful too. The lady who cuts my hair asked what shampoo I used and said it smelled so good. I personally try to get unscented products so this is an exception. I told her it was an Eva product and she said they're great products for hair.
