I've always had OtterBox, but my last one was several years old & I had to get rid of it. I ordered another brand from Amazon. Had it just a couple of weeks and noticed it was always hot. One day it was so hot, it was difficult to hold. I took it off my phone & my phone was so hot, I had to put it up to the a/c. I ordered this one from OtterBox and absolutely love it. I love the case I’m clumsy so it’s survived most cases in my life time lol but I have noticed that EVERYONE had issues hearing me and then when I took the case off they could hear me again…. Thinking that maybe the one I have was made improperly or maybe it’s not for the iPhone XS Max but it’s become a problem for me.
