The E bike was easy to assemble, seems to be good quality, has a big battery for the price , lots of power from the motor, gives a good ride. The bike is heavy but it was not designed to be carried and the colorful display is hard to see in the bright sun. My older E bike with black and white LCD panel is much easier to read in the bright sunlight. The bike is non folding and has a handlebar that can be tilted back for short riders. This bike would be nicer if it had hydraulic brakes but overall I would recommend it because of the low price and good ride.

Less than 15 miles, already had to replace the brakes. Rear brake caliper snapped under normal use. Seat post will not stay in place no matter how tight I get the collar. Grips are hard and uncomfortable. Front fork is junk! This bike was ok for the first ride but problems every ride afterward. Can’t return because I’m not going through the hassle of trying to pack it up and ship it back due to high cost of shipping. My first and possibly last Ebike, all I can do now is hope to sell it for a fraction of what I paid.

I bought the EUYBIKE C3 Full suspension for $699.99. I placed the order on Monday and received it on Wednesday afternoon talk about fast service. The bike was in perfect condition most likely because it was package like no other bike I've bought, I mean they actually placed MDF boards on the left and right side of the bike as an armor plating to prevent damage to the bike. This adds a couple of pounds to the weight of the package, so I appreciate it a lot. The battery arrived with only 1 bar but was fully charged after 3 1/2 hours. The charger has a built-in fan so that it never even got warm when the battery was full. The only negative part is the rear shock absorber is too hard. I ordered a replacement spring that's rated for 750lbs because that's what's on the LACROS Cyclone and I know that bike has a nice ride with almost identical suspension. The LACROS is a lot more expensive and doesn't even have an electronic horn or a colored display but comes with hydraulic brakes...by the way I'm also planning to upgrade to hydraulic brakes, I found a replacement 4 piston caliper from Amazon for $56.96 and I don't have to replace the rotors because the EUYBIKE already comes with 180mm mechanical brakes. Should be a 30 minute job...So far I really love this bike, as a 62 year old retired person with bad knees the step through frame design is really nice.

Assembled after a few modifications. The handle bars came installed backwards on the neck. The kickstand was too long and had to cut it shorter. The middle bolt hole for the back fender was off and had to drill a different hole. The display is color but even with the brightness all the way up it was impossible to read in the sunlight (replaced with an aftermarket market unit). The setting for the parameters was a guessing game and took trial and error to set them. Installing and removing the battery is real awkward. Having said all that, once I eliminated all those issues it is a fun bike to ride. You could pay more and not have these problems but for the money I’ll take this one. If your kind of handy it’s a decent bike.

It took me about 2 hour to put together, I did have to work on the tires to reset the tire bead. Not really a big deal. The C-3 is a beautiful Bike.and preforms better than I expected.great ride on streets , the beach will be the next test.

i received the bike, great condition, easy to put together myself. only issue i had one the rear basket was missing the 4 mounting bolts and nuts. no problem, they sent me a new rear basket kit and got it in a couple days, great customer service and understanding, would recommend them to everyone, buy their bikes.
