Great ice maker. Makes ice quickly and I love the quality of the ice. I am the only one that uses it so not sure it could keep up if there are multiple people needing ice at the same time? It makes a bit of noise but we got use to it and don’t even notice it anymore. Blends in and fits on the counter without taking up a lot of space. We do have to pull it out if we need to open the cover all the way so it stays open on its own because it hits the cabinets above it. But I usually just hold it open with one hand and scoop with the other. The hook on the side is handy for storing the ice scoop. The basket doesn’t get completely full before it stops making ice because the ice stacks up in the middle making the machine think it’s full but if you knock the ice down it continues making more ice. I have not used the app so I can’t say how well that works. A bit pricey for the amount of ice you get but it works better than the two I had previously and does seem to stay cleaner than they did as well. The one I had before would constantly get moldy after every use even after cleaning it constantly and I live in a very dry climate. I have not had that issue with this one at all.

Purchased this to have ice on hand constantly for my wife post foot surgery. Worked great and the ice was a good size to fill med ice bags. I now use it when we have people over to the house and need a lot of ice. I have constant ice when I need it in no time. Easy to clean, simple to use.

This is a good countertop nugget ice maker. It works well and makes ice very quickly. I love the drain being in the bottom rather than coming out of the back of the machine. It makes draining it very easy. The only thing I don’t like about this particular ice maker is that it doesn’t have fine mesh built into the small filter at the point where the water is sucked out of the reservoir and into the water lines to produce ice. There are just holes punched through plastic. It doesn’t filter anything unless the particles are large. It lets dirt circulate throughout and get into the ice.

Calling a “nugget” ice machine is misleading. I was excited for sonic style ice, but they’re just tiny cubes. The app was a nightmare to setup, and I’m a computer and network engineer. Set the schedule for the work week, it worked the first day. Second day no ice. Machine didn’t follow schedule. You have to manually turn the light on/off each time as it has no memory apparently. Using distilled water per instructions still has a slight plastic taste. I’m hoping this is temporary. I want to love the machine but it has even more quirks. It makes weird sounds. Not while making ice but when done. It’s pretty quiet overall except the weird buzzing sounds it randomly makes. 2 star gone for not being the sonic ice as the description leads you to believe. 1 star for the weird sounds, and 1 star for not following the schedule, holding light mode, and taste.

This is a really nice ice machine if you want to have the Pebble ice that you can crush up in your mouth it's very good. Is lightweight overall it fits in our kitchen very well and the noise is a little on the high side I thought but it's okay because you can turn it on and off when you need to if it's too loud. No leakage and the value for our money is fantastic. And Alexa runs the show!

Makes ice well but the Bluetooth and wireless features that I bought it for absolutely does not work. Tried pairing with Android and Apple phones and nothing. Ice maker does not broadcast at all. Spent hours going through every possible way to connect the app and 0 results and a frustrating waste of time! Update!!! Manufacturer responded to issues and replaced unit with all functions working great.

Worked great for seven months. After that it started to leak from the bottom. Machine was cleaned once a month and was well taken care of. For the price I paid, I wish it would have lasted longer.
