The media could not be loaded. Great ice machine!! We purchased this ice machine in July of 2025 it is now Feb of 2026 in the last 7 months this machine has performed perfectly it delivers ice at the rate it should we bought this because we are retiring soon and don’t want to keep buying bags of ice at the prices that are out there. When this was shipped to us, it came in two separate shipping’s. We got the bin first, and then the head the second day which was not a problem.We have saved alot of money by adding this product. It makes so much ice that even if we shut it off for awhile when it’s cold out and we’re not using as much ice. The ice in the bin stayed for a while over a week before we turned it back on and it would give us what we need quickly! Our electric or water bill has not been any higher than before this ice make which was a concern for me when we purchased this but not a problem. We have this on our screened in porch we do install a clear corrugated plastic sheet behind it to keep weather off of it so incase it rains hard. The cube size is great (which you can adjust the size). We did not add a water filter in this we are in city water so not too concerned if we were on a well we would have added one of those. So that’s about it we love this game ice machine and if there was an any problems that arise I will edit in the future! So now it’s time to go fishing!!!

I’ve had this ice maker close to a year now. I read tons of reviews on tons of makers and pick this one. No problems whatsoever and it’s great for the price. After reading reviews on more common parts that go bad I decided to get a small chest freezer to bag the ice. I’ll turn on the maker for a day or so until it fills up and then turn it off. Then I’ll bag the ice until the freezer will be entirely full with loose ice still left over in the bin. I don’t let it run all the time because the bottom layer of ice in the bin is constantly melting and draining out therefor it’s always making ice it seems like and wearing itself out. Great machine for the money and is bigger in person than the pictures show

We bought this for our condo complex. Nice overall size of machine, comes in two pieces. The bin is great size and holds plenty of ice, we have 36 units. Makes ice quickly. The plumber had to run out to get different attachments and unfortunately it was a guessing game on the size of attachments. No size listed in manual or on line. Finally it all got completed. Other than that, the only complaint is that when the ice machine puts out the ice in the beginning, there’s a really big bang of the ice hitting something inside the bin. It will make you jump until you get used to it.

This ice machine is an absolute disgrace! I purchased it in July 2025, and it completely failed after just one month, displaying a maddening E2 error code. I checked the water pump—it’s fine—so the issue is clearly with the defective cooling system or the useless computer inside. To make matters worse, the machine sporadically emits an infuriatingly loud noise, disrupting everything! I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but it’s like shouting into a void—zero response. I called and messaged the seller through Amazon, and both attempts were utterly futile. This is beyond unacceptable; I demand a fix or a replacement for this worthless piece of junk! (Photos and videos will be uploaded later)

We use this Ice machine in our office and it is emptied during the summer daily but not emptied in the Winter and we have not had any problems with it. We also shut it off to clean and sometimes for meetings. It is easy to turn on and off and doesn't seem to phase it!

Going to just go with the five stars for now. The item was shipped fast. Showed up in very nice packaging. No shipping damage. Item works as described and honestly produces more ice than I can even use. So it is nice to be able to use the timer feature and have available ice on hand as I live in Northern California and it is hotter than hell. Please know that if you buy an ice machine and your friends find out about it, you will become popular in a way that you didn't understand as they just stopped by and steal ice from you... If this unit starts to act any differently than the five-star performance it is providing right now, I will update this, but for what it cost against what it does, I should just give it a first name because I'm in love with it!

The media could not be loaded. Arrived earlier than expected. Was delivered, damaged free and packaged well. Attached is a video of the first harvest cycle. Compressor is quiet, condenser fans appear to be the size of typical computer case fans and there’s plenty of them. The ice making cycle is as fast as other Chinese machines. It drops a-lot of ice per cycle. There’s no mold inhibiting light in the storage box. The scoop is small for this sized machine. I installed a reverse osmosis water filter that feeds this machine. In my opinion, it’s a must. The evaporator is not in the easiest location for cleaning, so filtering out minerals will help the evaporator stay clean and assuring mineral deposits won’t cause ice sticking to the surface. Proper filtration also insures higher quality of ice. As with every Chinese ice maker, replacement parts are pretty much nonexistent. I would be happy if I got 3-4 years of service from this machine, but I doubt that will happen. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I have had other Chinese ice machines, so I knew what to expect. If you are expecting a super high quality ice machine, that will last for years and worth repairing When it breaks, then don’t buy a cheap Chinese one.
