I love this ice maker, it makes ice in a timely matter and works extremely well! I had actually received a damaged top piece to the ice maker and I contacted Euhomy and they were extremely quick to respond and they were able to send me a completely new replacement within a couple of days! I like my adult beverages over ice. The ice maker in my fridge gave out years ago. Stopped using ice cube trays years ago. I was looking for an ice machine that could keep up with my drinking (I drink a LOT, lol). Had a few on my wish list but bought this one as a prime day deal. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Others have said it is loud. When I first plugged it in and turned it on, I thought I had a defective unit as it was that quiet. It not only keeps up with my adult beverage consumption, it surpasses it. In the course of a few hours and a refill or two, I end up with a one gallon bag of ice. I do transfer the basket, when full, into a bag and put it in the freezer. It does stick together but, like buying a bag of ice at the store, slam the bag down a couple times and it breaks right up. The gallon bag lasts a few days before having to make more. I live alone, if you have more people in your household, you mileage will vary. All in all, I think this is a great purchase, couldn't be happier with it. Update: it still makes ice, I've used it 3 times a week for two months. The green light indicator for large icecubes quit working. As long as the other two indicator lights for "small" and "clean" keep working, I can still use it. If the other two lights go out, it'll be problematic to know what setting you're on. ... show more

We bought this ice maker to fill coolers in our work trucks. The ice maker worked great for a few months, but then would randomly stop working. It would start working again on its on. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new top to the ice maker. It was a simple and easy process.

    • Beat my expectations for once!
I'm retired now, but because of a unique lifetime of skill sets I have had to play in HVAC and automotive/heavy equipment A/C and refrigeration. This is one "SLICK" little refer/ice maker. I was so impressed with how well it works both in key points of speed, consistency of ice cubes to noise. All issues have passed my expectations. Total time to empty water and fill basket was about 35 minutes. Longevity run was a all day marathon full 24 hours refilling water every time it ran low and gave low water light. Filled 36"long X 24" X24" ice chest! Been couple weeks and used every day. No excessive noise, runs like a swiss watch so far. I baught the smallest unit you can buy, so if it keeps chugging along will buy a bigger one for sure. Good bones and workmanship! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Holds around 200lb inside the bin. Needed a large capacity and this is it. Makes ice pretty fast. Makes at least 200lb overnight. So I can believe it would actually make 450lb in a 24hr period which most of ads on Amazon for ice machines over exaggerating their claims on how much they can make/ hold. UPDATE- My machine unfortunately broke down however the company offered me a full refund on the machine since this one was out of stock at the time. Customer service on POINT! we have been using this since beginning of April. hooked it up tho in Jan. we are now bagging ice for the concession trailer and it seems to catch up when you use it. we are happy and it blends well in our drinks. i bought mine because of the good reviews. i hope this helps the next person .

wasn't sure I'd be happy with this machine, as it was considerably the economical choice and oftentimes, you get what you pay for. this machine, however, is one of my absolute favorite purchases, and I truly regret not purchasing earlier. simple to use. when making ice, noise level is about that of an oscillating fan. it makes ice fast (I know that's relative). if you use cold water, you get chewy ice. my favorite feature is actually some other consumers biggest complaint. I love that the ice doesn't stay completely frozen, as this also makes for soft, crunchy ice cubes. in my opinion, it makes ice faster than it melts, so there's always ice there when I need it. the machine was larger than I expected, but is definitely small enough for countertop placement. 10/10 ... show more

The machine is pretty much okay other than there is small leak at the inlet Supply the problem is the seller keeps saying they're going to fix it they're going to send the part and then they need one more thing they need another picture they need a telephone number they need a video they need this and that every time I hang up the phone or finish corresponding with them I think that my problem solved and then a month later I look back and they've requested some other thing that they really don't need but they're dragging their feet to resolve my problem. I don't trust the seller as far as the machine goes it's a little noisy for a break room but it works pretty good other than the leak ... show more
