I ended up buying the 3 pieces eye mask, shoulder pillow and back pad. These are so amazing. It takes just a few minutes to warm in microwave and/or dryer and placing them where you need to feel relaxed. The lavender/flaxseed is such a good combination and they all stay warm for at least 20-30 minutes. Not to mention the calming effect!!🌞. You will.not be disappointed if you buy and use these🤗

I like this because I don’t have to use it just for my eyes. I can tuck it in to the crook of my neck. I have trygeminal neuralgia and it helps with that as well

I absolutely love this eye mask. I use it as an eye pillow now and I sleep like a baby. You can wash the cover but I wish the lavender scent stayed fresh longer.
