This product is very thick, which makes it hard to cut and weed. The backing is a little weird. The vinyl came unstuck to it, so the first few inches were curled up and bubbled. I was able to straighten it out though. My first pass didn’t cut through, so I re-did it using a cardstock setting. This cut through the vinyl and backing. The vinyl did not stick to its backing, so it made it hard to weed out what I didn’t want and keep the vinyl I did want. I had a small design of two inches, so maybe that’s why. This product sticks very well to other vinyl in my experience. However, because it does not stick to its own backing very well and due to the fact that it's thin and plastic-like, it does not cut well. Larger items with few details will be fine. Small details did not work at all.

I literally ordered for neon birthday party to personalized balloons by name i know in the pictures looks pink because i turned the night uv blacklights and change the color but its good quality material as vinyl so im completely love it

Actually had no problem with cutting, weeding or adhesive. The only gripe is that they didnt add a UV protection layer so the color fades. Here you can see my hard hat I use in Phoenix and weld with.
