Unfortunately it will not turn on. I have to return it. To let other buyers know, this has a usb cable that connects from the device to a usb port, but no usb plug to go in an outlet. I found a spare plug and got it all set up and it won’t turn on. I tried another plug that I currently use for a device to make sure the error wasn’t on my end. Still won’t turn on, no signs of life. Unfortunately I’ll have to make a trip to the store to return it. Manufacturers keep cutting corners and getting cheaper. A proper plug should be included with this diffuser so that the users don’t need to make a separate purchase to plug it in. ... show more

Beautiful but not convenient to fill. The water tank is not removable for filling, so you must use a separate water container or unplug unit to take to sink for filling.

High quality but i wish the whole thing was made out of ceramic including the plastic insert that holds the water. I dislike i have to take off two lids just to add more water. Otherwise perfect!

I like the way it looks and diffuses my small room nicely however it broke after a year. I have not dropped it or did anything to it... The buttons where you turn it on pushed in and then it fell apart. I just don't think it should fall apart after a year.
