The media could not be loaded. I primarily ordered this product to place in the front room where my dog has her kennel. The idea is to release lavender to help her with her skin during this high pollen season. just got the product today. I followed the instructions and loaded the large water reservoir and added 10 drops of lavender essential oil. I put back on the nebulizer and cover, then powered it up. Since this operates off of a USB wall charger rated for 5 volts at 2 amps I had to break out a leftover phone charger and a little bit longer cord to place it where I wanted to in my front room. No problem. The only difficulty I had was in grasping the three little LED lights on the back that indicate how long the unit will run for. It's really very easy but the instructions are not clear. One press of the power button and it runs continuously and all three lights light up. The next push of the power button only the LED on the far right is on and that will run for 1 hour. Next push of the power button only the middle LED lights up and that will run for 3 hours. One more push of the power button and only the left LED lights up and that is for 6 hours. Easy peasy! It runs extremely quiet! The color changing LED that comes on, when you press the Light button on the back, is very nice. The coloration through the cover is very pleasing to the eye and it's not overly bright, but it is bright enough to look nice in a well-lit room. Using it in the bedroom you may want to turn the light off. I bought the one with the wooden base to make it look a little bit nicer and I am very glad that I did! The coloration of the base fits my Decor perfectly! The bottom line is that I am going to buy a couple more! One for my home office and one for the bedroom! ... show more

This diffuser holds 3x more water than an older one I have of a different brand. I LOVE that you can set the timer for 1, 3, or 6 hours! My old one just goes about 2 hours and runs out of water. It looks nice and is quiet. The only thing is, there is a learning curve. Since it holds more water, you need to add more essential oil. I only put one or two drops in my old unit but in this one I put about 6 drops. I bought 2 and am glad I did! In fact...thinking of maybe two more for other rooms in the house. SOOO much healthier to use quality essential oils and filtered water than to spray some chemical from a can!! ... show more

shipping was great. At first the function was perfect, although the smell of the essential oils I normally use was less. After 1 week, the light which changed colors quit working, then the next day, the whole unit quit. Will not order this cheaper model again.

These were on sale for 7.99, I had just purchased a much more expensive one but figured this would be great for my laundry room. This one by far our preformed the larger and more expensive one! I ended up purchasing several more and returned the others!

Small but compact . Works as expected. Not a strong mist and fragrance not too strong but only had it plugged in for 5 minutes so far. I put in 5 drops of vanilla. Not a house diffusing but bathroom or small room size

Silent, surprisingly silent. The lights are so calming, the timer modes are simple and work great. Produces a perfect amount of scent with oils and begins producing in seconds. Can't recommend this enough.
