I purchased these lights in May 2022 and I absolutely loved them. If I hadn't been so lazy I would have written a wonderful rating because I love driving up to my home at night. My house lights up like a beautiful Christmas Tree and has attracted the attention of my neighbors. I put my house on Facebook so all will see how the recessed lighting has definitely enhanced my home. Now, in Feb 2024 one has gone out and I am afraid others will follow. I wish this company would advertise more that these lights CAN be installed even if you have a stud in the way of your hole saw cut! Super thin and super easy to wire in sequence. Love these AND their dimming capabilities

After sending me 15 new lights, one year later, I need about 20 more.... Same complaints! The plastic tabs holding the springs break. So they fall from the ceiling and hang. I have 2 hanging down as I type this. Another 10 are burned out in less than a year. I just had to buy another 24 pack to try to replace all of the inop or broken ones. I will have some extras, but I don't feel like having to change ALL of them to a new brand. I feel sorry for the poor bastard that buys my home... To make good on my promise, I am updating this review based on the great customer service from Sunco. I contacted the manufacturer through their website and they asked for images of the back of the lights that apparently gave them manufacture batch dates so they could track any manufacturing issues. They have shipped replacements. I cannot ask for anything more.... I will leave the original review below for prospective buyer info. I bought 72 of these lights for a new construction project that finished about 4 months ago. Very easy to install, sleek looking, and has great color and brightness. However, in that short time, I've had to replace about 8 lights where the plastic tip that holds the springs on, breaks off. See pics. I suspect that the heat generated by the lights causes the plastic to become brittle and since the spring is constantly under pressure, they eventually shear off. I've also had 3 recently burn out and stop working. Not a huge deal as you expect to replace some lights now and then, but I have 15' - 20' ceilings, so it becomes very "inconvenient." The description claims a 7-year warranty. I will update this review if they make good on the warranty. ... show more

I bought these lights for my garage, and they worked out great. They're super bright, and put off a constant light (no flickering even with high speed video). They also behave the same even when dimming.
