These were made very odd. The seam runs down the middle and where your foot would rest. They also seem quite small. I have a size 8.5 women (and narrow feet) and they felt tight and rather uncomfortable. The ones used in the hospital are much softer and fluffy and do not have a seam down the middle. I also reached out to the company who said there was nothing they could do and to contact Amazon but Amazon had listed that you have to contact the seller. In the end, Amazon was helpful in resolving this, but not the company. I would suggest another brand and company who makes a better product and listens to your feedback. ... show more

My grandmother hates things on her feet but these are good quality and serve the purpose of easing the pressure on her heels while shes in bed (which is 80% of the time due to old age and dementia). I am buying a sheepskin version thats lighter weight and smaller in the hopes that she might keep them on longer, but these help and I will continue using them. I use these along with the circular jeel/ankle elevators and her heels are getting better. ... show more

Heel boots are made differently. Because my mother has arthritis in her right knee and right hip, I do not want a padded boot that's restraining in any way. These heel boots are perfect for no restriction of movement and good padding. I would definitely buy again and do recommend.
