I previously wore a WAY MORE EXPENSIVE product. Gave this mascara a try after being recommended by friend. I am sold and this is now my go to mascara. I even purchased it as stocking stuffers for my daughters. Well worth the risk of giving it a try.

I heard several ‘Influencers” rave about this mascara. I won’t go that far, but you know how ‘Influencers’ are. Make no mistake, this isn’t a luxury brand mascara. I doesn’t act like one. What this is, is a far less expensive mascara comparable to the best drugstore brand. It’s jet black, has a really nice brush for the money and doesn’t flake after all day wear. It didn’t clump or run, even in the Florida heat. It washed off easily. It did lengthen, did moderately thicken. Definitely worth the price ($4.74) and performs just as well as any drugstore brand. Essence offers a waterproof version but I’m reviewing the regular mascara.

It’s pretty good-mascara makes your eyelashes look really long doesn’t run or make you have raccoon eyes. However it makes my eyelashes feel really crusty by the end of the day and it’s hard to get off.

This is one of my favorite mascaras. I love the Essence brand. This mascara gives lots of volume and length and stays on even though it’s washable. It comes off easily with a mild soap and water or eye makeup remover. It is just as good or better than the expensive brands. You won’t be disappointed with these !
