I needed a case for my new Pro Max 15 and came across this one. The fit is excellent and all functions work superb so far. I wasn't sure how touch screen sensitivity would be with the screen protector but it functions flawlessly with no extra effort or lag. I have not used or even tried to apply the camera lens protector because I did not want to compromise camera and photo quality as a few other reviews mentioned. Quality, durability and comfort are nice. The case has a nice and simple yet very effective pull tab protector/dust cover where you would plug in the power cord. The power cord connector fits perfectly. Magnetic charge functions fine with zero issues. I'll still give this case a 5 Star review despite my slightly downside opinion on a few notables that some may dislike or may be fine with. As others have mention, instructions were not helpful. The package has a scan code that should direct you to the page to open the link for the instruction video. The link was not working at the time I tried to use it. The product comes packaged very nicely with both the front and back parts of the case already in the place as if it would be used on your phone.This was a problem with no instruction on how to separate to two parts of the case. I was not sure how to separate the two backings so I could insert my phone into the case. I read another review where someone cracked the case trying to separate the two so I didn't want to break it trying to separate it. I think quality control improved the case perhaps since the other reviews were posted I finally figured it out and once i put the phone in the cases after cleaning the phone, it was extremely nice. Even though the case fits perfectly and is fairly slim, it does have a slight bulk to it, not much, just a bit. I've always had a very slim phone cases so this case was just slightly a bit more bulky than a slim case with less protection. Definitely not bad though. For me, it was just a slight compromise for a good case that seems to protect your phone. This may not even concern some users. Finally, the outer case that forms near the touch screen sits slightly above the touch screen. so when swiping from the edges of your touch screen, the phone case itself somewhat gets in the way when swiping from the edges of the phone (sort of but not really). It's just a matter of getting used to it I suppose. Overall, it's a fantastic well made case with a a fairly slim design, functions well and seems to protect your investment well. Of the dozens of cases I’ve bought for my phones over the years, this one stands out for its combination of style, quality, and protection in a small form factor. It is very nice looking in person, it seems protective without being bulky, and it covers the front, back, and camera lenses, as well as all ports and openings, and everything aligns perfectly. The camera lens kickstand is also a great feature, and I especially like that its location near the top of the phone does not get in the way of the MagSafe ring, or add bulk that might make it hard to use in a car phone holder or similar scenario. It even comes with multiple wipes and other little accessories to make installation easier, like the camera lens cover alignment tool, all of which were really nice little touches. The only negative I could suggest is that in direct light and at the right angles, I can sometimes see the iridescent swirls on the front screen protector that another reviewer had mentioned, but they do not bother me — if direct light is hitting my phone, I’m going to adjust its angle, anyways. Otherwise it’s a perfect case, which is why I had to take a moment to share my very positive first impressions. ... show more

I really like this case. I've been using a glass screen protector which constantly had to be replaced and a silicone case for the last year and I needed a change and more protection. This case is perfect! Way better quality than I was expecting for the price. It fits my 14 Pro Max perfectly with no internal shifting or movement. The screen is glass!! Not plastic so has clear view, with no pixelation, it feels nice and touch commands are accurate. It is not privacy glass which I have mixed feelings about, but privacy glass does pixalate so I'm enjoying the bright clear screen. The style is almost identical to an Otterbox in its two piece design but it does not have the internal impact foam cushioning. Which does make this case far more comfortable in your hand. It takes a minute to pop it together and can be a bit challenging to get it open again if you need to in a hurry. This is a put it on and just leave it on case, not a swap it out fashion case. I am having issues with the ESR mag-safe ring car set up and not sure if it is the case, the car accessory or the cables. Will have that info once figured out, in the review for the accessories ... show more
