Set up the bed yesterday, will use it in a small sunroom as an alternate summer sleeping area, it's about the closest I get to camping, lol. The frame is sturdy and the mattress seems nice. I initially had a problem getting a couple of frame pieces to fit together. At one point I contacted customer service thinking I would need a replacement piece. Customer service is handled through email, and I was very impressed with their quick responses to my messages, and their willingness to send me the replacement piece, which I ended up not needing, as I was able to work it out. ... show more

Great bed, we needed a bed to have for guests to sleep on and not have a bed taking up space in our spare room and this fit the bill. Good value and it’s comfortable, I am a sucker for foam mattress. This bed is well made and easy to assemble. I used a couple bar clamps to keep pieces in place and aligned properly which made it easier. The shipping bars holding everything compressed are under a lot of pressure so bar clamps help removing them safer. The only thing I would improve on is making it sit taller from the floor. Offering extended leg kit would be a great addition. I haven't used the bed yet but I did lay down on it for a few minutes. It seems comfortable enough but being an older guy it would have been easier to get off of it if it was like 6" taller. If it was 16" or 17" tall I would have given five star review. ... show more

It is impossible to set up this bed . The first step is to remove the brackets but we tried to remove them but the bracket gets stuck . We even bought a tool to help with stripped screws and you can’t remove them ! Tried to return and can’t do that either ! Screwed out of $285 !!!
