I'm kind of giving up my belief in Amazon reviews. I did extensive research for an espresso maker that was affordable. The product arrived on time. I was unable to get frother to work. The unit sat on my counter for 2 days and leaked all the water from the reservoir. Huge mess. Sending it back.

    • Good, could be better.
As far as a coffee pot, it works! The only negatives I have noticed with this coffee pot is the carafe pour spout is too shallow, it leaks if you aren’t 10000% slow and careful. If you are anything like a morning zombie like me, this may be difficult. When you start pouring coffee, you Must pour SLOW and carefully or else the coffee will just run down the side of the carafe versus make it into your cup. It also brews very slow if you have it on medium or strong brew settings, but the programmable timer makes it easier to brew and have it ready before you are. Also, I thought I read in the description that there is a “sneak-a-cup” feature to pause the drip. It doesn’t, you’ll have to wait until it’s done brewing before grabbing a cup if you don’t want a mess. ... show more

We've had this for a bit now and absolutely love it. I wasn't much of a coffee drinker but would get Starbucks or Dunkin iced coffees 2-3x a week, and at $4 a pop it adds up fast. We buy the Costco/Starbucks whole beans and we're getting weeks out of each bag. It takes all the guess work out of it. Just pick your amount of cups and it grinds the right amount and goes.     • Very tall, but otherwise a great size!
The height is the largest on the dimensions, it is listed incorrectly, but found that out through another review. The machine is GREAT and easy to use, easy to clean, simple and perfect! Wish it was a 12 cup capacity, but the 10 cup is enough for us!

I did a lot of research before I bought this toaster I do not have the money or the low mental capacity to spend two to $300 on some high-end toaster. I was a little hesitant being that this is a brand name that I am not familiar with however for being a stainless steel toaster and the Simplicity of doing of exactly what I wanted and the range of the toasting itself this is a fantastic value for money and in my opinion very well-made. The toaster is everything you would want it to be it truly is an awesome product and I would highly recommend to anybody who wants a modern toaster that is easy to use and still looks great. ... show more

    • Makes weak coffee, even on strongest settings.

Makes weak coffee. I purposely set “powder” to 10 and only put enough water in for 2 cups because I want it to make strong coffee (10= grinding enough beans for 10 cups), however no matter what it pretty much grinds enough beans to fill the filter leas than half full, and the coffee is weak. I can’t impatient actually filling the make with water, enough for 10 cups and selecting 10 on “powder”- you would basically get brown water. I stopped using the grind function all together because it never grinds enough beans for strong coffee despite the settings telling it to. ... show more

    • Can cook almost anything. Use your own recipies.
Made 7 things in it in about 24 hours. Loved it. Made bread from scratch and it came out great. One problem was when stacked items, the lower ones did not cook the same as identical one on upper rack. Made cookies and had to use parchment sheet because screen rack was unable to release cookie without sticking a little. Used rotisserie a few times. It's a little small but worked well. Made pork roast and small chicken. Over all I think it is a fairly good buy. Just wish I could put larger chicken on rotisseri. Bread raises well. Just enough height. ... show more

    • Very good and easy to use machine

It's BIG - but with the grinder included I'm pretty sure that's unavoidable. It fits under cabinets, but you'll have to pull it out to add water and beans. It is what it is. The water bin is narrow and in the back, so you definitely need some room to add water without spilling. I really like the six videos they include on the Amazon page. Very useful. Tells me they're serious about standing behind their product. It IS easy to use (but still read the instructions). I admit I haven't ground any beans yet because I have a good supply of already-ground coffee. It tastes WONDERFUL. Even when I was grinding my own beans, I didn't like BLACK coffee! I spent two years trying to get used to it. I tried French drip, pour-over, INSTANT (which was as good as any of them). I tried tea (again!) (still not for me). I got rid of all the paraphernalia. Wasn't worth the money to me! I finally found some low-acid coffee that is so good -- so I bought a coffee machine. I will grind again! By the way, I saw reviews on other machines and probably this one too complaining about the beans getting wet from the steam. They address that in one of the videos, but I will add that I put a paper towel in the bean bin while I did the 3-pot cleaning exercise and I could detect NO dampness. Still probably something to be aware of. Any combo machine might have a bit of this issue. I'm finally back in coffee heaven! ... show more
