    • Stopped working - out of return window
One may be a fluke but two is likely a trend. This was our second unit. A replacement for the first after it leaked from an O-ring then totally locked up. Now that we are 10 days past the return window. It just dispensed so much water that it overflowed the cup by at least 3x. Had to manually power it down and then all the controls locked up again. It did unlock eventually. If we weren't past the return window, this would be going back and we would be looking for something else. Edited to reflect resolution with the seller. ... show more

When it works it works but sometimes you have to push the power button multiple times before it lights up. Same with brew buttons.

I was initially frustrated with the product because it was difficult to work with. However, once I figured it out, I was happy with its performance. I have noticed that sometimes water is expelled from the frother and mixes with the milk, so it’s a good idea to place the frother in an empty cup first to ensure all the water is removed before frothing milk. Given the value, I like it a lot and think it works great. Just be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid getting burnt when removing the handle with the coffee dregs. ... show more

Bought this with so much excitement. However my excitement turned into annoyance rather quickly. It doesn’t always turn on. When it does turn on, the majority of the time the two-shot button doesn’t work, only the one-shot. I would’ve loved a cappuccino this morning but alas, it wouldn’t turn on. It did turn on this afternoon though. So when it works it’s fine but I’d spend my money on a brand name. ... show more
