The media could not be loaded. For a first time espresso machine owner, this is just my PO. The machine came in its manufacturer box and my initial observation is that it’s very very light. This is perfect for a small size counter as with any compact machine. Set up took less than a minute. The overall feel is plastic-y but it is visually appealing & my major issue is that it’s very hard to turn the portafilter into lock thus for a light machine it slides with movement on the sides easily when trying to lock it. You would have to firmly hold the machine every time. Besides this, it makes up for its brew, it’s very bold given ofcourse with proper tampering technique. I've had this for a week. So far it's doing fine. A little noisy but not bad. I love the size and the coffee is hot and taste great. It works pretty fast.

    • Doesn’t work and customer service is a joke!
When I first got this coffee maker it was great. Then after 3 months stopped brewing coffee. Was able to troubleshoot that. But then the controls got flipped. So a single brews a double and vice versa. The steamer shoots water into you milk. Customer service sends you the same videos and doesn’t offer any help other than to contact Amazon for a refund. However it’s out of Amazons return window, so I’m stuck with a broken coffee maker. ... show more

    • Stopped working after a week
I wanted to love this. I looked past that the steam wand spouted water first when you turned it to steam meaning you'd have to wait til it was already blowing steam or get watered down milk. Hello, splashing. I looked past that the hot water function pulsed the water into the cup. Hello burning splashing. I got some great drinks from this, but then, for no reason, on the coffee function, the water stopped going to the espresso area and would only come out the steam wand, effectively rendering this useless. ... show more
